A flood of emotions rolled over Reagan. She felt hurt and stabbed by her idol. He had called her a mistake! Something that should have never been born! That was crushing. It was almost enough to break the heart completely to the point of failing.
She sobbed into her knees, bunched up in a small corner of the costume room. "Well you're a stupid jerk!" She hissed between a sob, yelling just to get it off her chest. "You're a mistake! A hideous monster, and a horrible person! I hope you get shot in the heart!"
Reagan just sat there in tears, not caring who heard but secretly hoping that Erik would.
Outside on the roof, Erik overlooked the skyline of Paris. It was a bit dated, but it was something Erik had always associated with home. He missed the simple times with simpler people. He'd stay if he could. He wished he could stay.
One thought pressed on his mind. Why had Reagan come to the Opera House in the first place? What curiosity dragged her to read over Don Juan? Why wouldn't she just leave him alone!? Perhaps...dare he say, perhaps he'd been too harsh on her.
He took a half step closer to the edge of the building. It would be a clear shot for him if he jumped. There wouldn't be anything to get caught on. Besides, it would only put him out of his present misery; he'd live it all over again. But Reagan...she'd be stuck in the past never to return to her proper time period.
No, he'd stay alive...for now at least. Erik stepped away from the edge and sighed, leaning against a statue. "What does she want from me? What does she see that I posses?" He muttered to himself.
In the back of his mind he knew that the performance of Hannibal had just ended, and Christine was getting a small meeting from the foppish young Vicomte. Then his past self would interrupt Christine's dreamy little thoughts and swoon her with his musical charm. That was all it was with Christine though. Charm, nothing more. Erik knew he didn't have the looks to sway her over...he never would.
He clenched his fists in rage, feeling sorry more so for himself. "Why must you be ugly?!" He growled at himself, covering his bare face with his hand. "Why...?" He whispered softly, walking back towards the rooftop door.

Chip and Andrea had found the broken display case in the Opera House. It was covered by a large tarp, probably placed there by one of the workers.
"Somebody broke into the case to steal sheet music?" Chip questioned, almost confused that anyone would do that.
Andrea looked over the broken display. "No...I don't think someone tried to break in to steal it...I'll bet you Reagan was here. I'll be you she looked at this."
"What's the sheet music for?" He asked, looking over Andrea's shoulder to check out the music.
"Don Juan Triumphant..." She whispered, almost in a daze as her eyes traveled over each note and each line.
Chip looked at the music crossed eyed a moment. "Isn't Don Juan supposedly some womanizer?" He asked dumbly.
Andrea put a finger to his lips, spinning around and staring at him. "If you want to get a noose around your neck, I'd suggest keeping that kind of talk up. Don Juan was indeed a seducer of sorts, but in this play, or opera, he is trying to find his love."
Chip looked at Andrea and then down at her finger, pushing her hand aside before speaking in a hushed tone. "You sound like Reagan. You afraid a little ghosty will pop out and noose us both?" He snickered.
Andrea simply scowled and crossed her arms.
Chips eyes widened and his smirk left his face as he stared at the parchment of Don Juan. "Uh...A-Andrea...w-what's that?"
