It's been a couple of days since the interview. I wasn't aloud to have contact with anyone at the office until I found out. I was just sitting around and watching Dragon Ball-Z (I don't watch anime so I'm not going to go into details) when my phone started buzzing. It was max. I picked it up and felt relief to hear his voice, "come to the office, no questions asked." He sounded very serious. 'No questions asked' was a thing we had where if we said that then the other person couldn't ask why. I already owed him one so now we're even. I got off the couch and drove to the office. The only thing I could hear was silent cars and bird tweeting from the distant trees. It was even quieter inside. "Hello?" I yelled. No answer. I went around the corner to the Editor's Corner. Still no people. No one anywhere. Until I went around the corner where Ethan's desk was. Tears filled my eyes. Everyone was here and a poster hung from the walls saying 'welcome to the office.' "Welcome to the offices," everyone yelled. Tears poured from my eyes. Max ran over to comfort me. So did Ross, then Adam, Red, Em, Tim, Tristan, Jordan, and Corey. James nor the office wizard wanted to join. Max hugged me the longest. I got the job as an office assistant where I would go around and make sure things are running smoothly. One of the best moments of my life.
