Today is sectionals and I'm super nervous. I think I'm gaining weight, too. Ugh. Luckily my dress isn't tight so it isn't obvious. The dress is white and a silvery-grey colour. For this performance, all the girls have their hair out and a black head band. The guys are wearing black formal pants and a maroon shirt.

Just as I'm ready, Santana beeps her horn, signaling she's here. I grab my phone and head out to her car. On the ride over, we just talk nonsense, as we do.

We enter the theater, check in, then wait for the other members. Unfortunately, Quinn decided to perform. If I get a moment, I'm going to talk to Finn, I haven't gotten a chance to ask him about what happened at the party. He slept with me, taking away my virginity, told me he loved me, then didn't talk to me for almost a week.

Then I think about what Kurt said, about us being soul mates, but Quinn's words about me being a distraction, a bump in the road, come to mind. I look up and see Finn.

I say goodbye to San and head over to him. 'Finn, we need to talk about the party,' I whisper harshly in his ear, barely able to reach, due to our height difference.

He glances around and pulls me into a small dressing room. 'Look Rachel, I'm sorry. I do love you. A lot, but I have to stay with Quinn, I'm worried what she'll do to you. The reason we broke up is because of her threats. I know one thing is for certain, that you and I, we are soulmates,' Finn whispered. It was a turn on, him being that close to me. I feel his warm breaths hitting my skin, making shivers run up and down my spine.

I grabbed his face and kissed him slowly, he picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist. I know I don't entirely remember my first time, I can only remember bits of it, but I know it was with someone I love and trust. I can recreate that memory.

Right as it's getting heated, we hear the signal to join the rest of the glee club. 'What are we going to do about Quinn?' I ask softly.

'I don't know, babe. What matters is I love you and you love me. I will have to stay with her for a little while. Who knows, maybe we'll meet like this again?'

I smirk at him, then exit the small room. He leaves about 15 seconds later so it's not obvious we were making out. Before the show has begun, me and Finn are able to sit down. I sit next to San, who raises her eyebrows. I roll my eyes, assuring her I'd tell her later.

I watch Dalton perform. The New Directions' jaws all drop. They are amazing! I doubt we can beat them. Once they finish, we head back stage. From the wings, we watch The Hipsters perform. They're alright, I guess, but we can beat them.

Finn and I take our places on stage. The spot light starts on Finn.

Once we finish our duet of I Just Can't Stop Loving You, the applause dies down and Santana, Mercedes and Tina take the stage. Santana begins to sing while Brittany and Mike are dancing and the rest of The New Directions harmonize.

The three glee clubs stand on stage, huddling together and holding hands. A woman with an envelope walks on stage. I don't even acknowledge what she's said until I'm jumping up and down, hugging Santana and Brittany. I walk over to Kurt and Blaine and congratulate them both. They both amazing!

Me, Kurt, Mercedes, Tina, Brittany and Santana hug each other goodbye, even though we'd see each other soon because I'm hosting a sleepover.

This has been the perfect day, maybe soon I'll have Finn to make it better.
