(Ella's POV)
"Daisy! Come, come." I cooed at Daisy, my dog, in a high pitched tone."No! She's mine." Marl said when he picked up Daisy and they lie on my bed.
"Noooo! She's mine!" I whined then I lay beside Daisy.
"You're so cute, my baby." I petted Daisy.
"I thought I'm your only baby." Marl pouted.
"No, you're the second." I giggled.
Marl walked towards the door, then walked away. I ran towards the door.
"Wait! I'm just kidding Marl! You're my only baby!" I shouted at him when he walked downstairs.
He turned to look at me then smirked. His smirked tells me something evil then I realized that my parents and Marl's parents are in downstairs all looking at me.
"Uh, sorry, uh," I stuttered, "shit." I said out loud.
"Ella!" My mom scolded.
"Sorry, mom." I apologized.
"Come down here, sweetie, you too, son." Momma Carly said.
I walked beside Marl then pinched his ear so hard.
"Ouch, ouch, ouch!"
"Ella, stop hurting your fiancé." Mom said then we snapped our heads towards her direction.
"WHAT?!" Me and Marl shouted in unison.
No, please say you're lying, hell no, shit, this can't be happening, please say you're kidding.
"Uh, she mean, your best friend." Dad said then she looked at Mom, saying something in a whisper.
Phew, thank God.
"What is it Mom?" Marl asked Momma Carly. We took a seat on the sofa.
"Do you already have a girlfriend?" She asked Marl then turned to look at me then asked, "Or boyfriend?" I shook my head and looked at Marl.
"No, Mom, I have no time finding one." He said.
"Uh, but is there someone you like?" Mom asked Marl.
"Yes," he paused then continued, "It's normal in the teenage world."
"So, who is it?" Dada Max asked.
It's weird, isn't it? Even though we're now old, I still call them Momma and Dada, because I always addressed them that.
"Uh, let's talk about something else. Mom, Dad, I got an A in Math." He changed topic and I rolled my eyes at him.
"Duh, I got an A+" I said then they gasped except Marl.
"Ha-ha, you never even study Math." Marl said but it's not true!
"Yeah, because I'm already good at it." I smirked at him.
"See? They're perfect together." Momma Carly told my parents.
I look at Marl and he looked back at me then I shouted, "HELL NO!" Mom glared at me.
"Ella, you and Marl can go upstairs now, your Mom will call you for dinner." Dad said.
