~~Zoey's POV~~

I fell asleep that night thinking about Rythian's terrible life. Once I woke up again, I looked around and saw he wasn't there. On his bed, however, was a note.

'Gone mining. I'll be back by noon, so don't try to find me. It'll only end badly.

Rythian x'

Of course, he told me not to find him. But what's wrong with breaking one tiny rule?

I smiled and got changed, before tying my cape up and leaving the door. I left Chyna a note, just to be a bit ironic and nice.

'Hey Chyna. If you haven't read Rythian's letter, you should really do that first.

Have you read it?

Good.

Anyways, I'm going to find Rythian. If I'm not back by noon with him, chill out and have a drink. We'll be gone a while.

Have an awesome Thursday morning, as I know you love Thursdays.

Zoey x'

I roamed around the vast, haunting cave for a while, just taking in the scene. I saw a zombie and a skeleton having an all-out war (The skeleton lost), a few diamonds which I didn't really need, and a ginormous hole which probably led to impending doom. After I had a near-miss with some lava, I found Rythian. Which was pretty good, if I'm honest. The whole crevice and I found him in an hour? That's just awesome.

"Zoey!" He said once he noticed me.

"Hi. I kinda went against your word." I chuckled.

"Yeah, I realised! You shouldn't have done that - You could've been killed, or worse-" He tried to explain the dangers, but I put a finger to his lips.

"Shh. I know." I took my finger off and sat down, cross-legged, on the floor. "But it was fun! I nearly got set on fire!" I smiled enthusiastically.

He nearly choked on thin air. "What?!" He cried.

"But I didn't." I replied, smirking.

"But you could've!" He said, sitting down a rock near me. "Zoey, I care about you! Don't be doing that!"

"It was fun." I complained, as an idea popped into my head. "Have you ever heard of fun?"

"Not in a long time." He sighed. I smiled.

"Well then, come with me." I beamed, taking his hand and leading him away from the iron ore he was mining.

He complained very little, and we soon got to where I wanted to go. He gave me a questioning look as we crouched down behind a barrier of rock.

"I found this place." I explained. "It has a skeleton spawner in."

"Well neither of us should be near it then. I don't know if you remember, but skeletons shoot you." He tutted.

"Well dur! That's the whole reason we're here!" I half whispered. "What we do is, we jump over this barrier and YOLO-mode it to the end."

"YOLO-mode?" Rythian asked.

"Yeah, It means, 'Run for your life'." I said enthusiastically. He sighed and shook his head. "You up for this?" I asked him.

"No, no I'm not." He replied.

"Your loss." I smirked, before jumping over the barrier and running as quickly as I could through the dimly-lit dungeon. I'm pretty sure I added a roly-poly in there to be awesome, and leaped over the barrier on the other side. After a few seconds, the skeletons forgot I existed and went back to their dark corner, giving Rythian and I the advantage to pop up.
