I am in a long distance relationship with my beautiful S.O. @GrungeCastiel and we have been officially together since May 28th, 2016 or about a week so far.
I met Aine on May 2nd, 2016 on WattPad. I was reading their "Lesbian Problems" and I thought it was so hilarious! So I decided to message them and compliment them on their book (and to kind of see if they were as funny in real life, tbh [Inside Joke with my S.O.]). We started making small talk, talking about the weather in the UK vs. the US, and then we started messaging each other any chance we could get! I thought to myself "Wow, I want to meet them!".
Our first video chat was on May 7th, 2016. It was SO awkward! We didn't really know what to say and we mostly just laughed and then said our goodbyes. Each video chat after that was less and less awkward, though. We kind of made this Sunday routine where we always video chat on Sundays.
I started to realize I had a little, okay, maybe a big, crush on Aine, so I did some flirting here and there and they were flirting back! I told them I was crushing on them and then a day later on May 28th, we made it official!
We have had one date: a video game date. It was quite fun, but we were stuck on one level for so long! We were also interrupted a few times, but it was fun. (Updates on dates will be happening soon!)
I think that best sums up what has happened so far in our relationship.
