NARRATOR

"Hey wake up sleepyhead." Jho woke up because of Bea's voice.
After what they've talked about yesterday night, everything went fine.

"Good morning! Go and prepare for our training na Jho. Our teammates are waiting for us sa baba." Bea said and while putting on her shoes.

"What's time is it na ba? Baka ma-late ka dahil sa'kin ha?" Jho stood up from her bed and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth.

"Uhm. 19 minutes before 5:00 am. Naman Jho, I know you too well no. It's always either me or ate Ly who'll wake you up, that's why I'm here."

"Blah blah. Wait ha? I'll just take a half bath. Promise I'll be as fast as I could." Jho took her towel and went inside the bathroom again.

"Stop singing Jho. Time is running faster than you take a half bath, you know." Bea said trying to tease Jho.

"Shut up Bei. I'm here na nga oh. Wait." Jhoana opened the bathroom's door. She went out with wearing her shorts and sports bra.

"Don't tell me you're going to the Blue Eagle Gym without---"

"Come on Bei! Of course not! HAHA" Jho then put on her White Ateneo shirt and tied her hair in ponytail.

"Matchy matchy huh?" Bea stood up and spread her arms as if allowing Jho to see her attire.

"Ugh ngayon pa. We don't have enough time na Bei, I can't change my clothes na. Let's go." Jho held Bea's hand and pulled her out of their room.

"Ooohhh" The rest of the Ateneo Lady Eagles said when Jho and Bea appeared in front of them.

"I think something good's happening." Amy said and looked at Alyssa's reaction.

Aly's smiling and said..

"And the JhoBea tandem is finally back. Let's go, I bet all of us don't want a times 2 training today. We're going to be late if we'd stay here staring at them."

Jho let go of Bea's hand and they just laughed at their teammates' reactions.

"Gano'n na ba nila tayo namiss?" Bea asked Jho who's still laughing.

"I think so. But ate Ly's right. Tara na, dali!"

When Jho and Bea was about to enter the bus, Alyssa called Jho.

"Jho, tabi tayo ha?"

"Ah sige po." Jho sat beside Alyssa while Bea sat beside Michelle.

"What was that Bei huh? Yie I thought you said you want to move on?" Mich interrogated Bea.

"Of course we both want to Mich. That's why we're back to being friends na diba?" Bea said confidently.

"Oh, I see. Good good good. I think ate Ly's plan worked." Mich whispered, enough for Bea not to hear the last sentence.

"What did you say Mich?"

"Ah, nothing. I said that would be good."

On the other side of the bus was Jhoana telling Alyssa what happened in the coffee shop that made them realize what's good for them.

"It all started when Bea thanked me for helping her to become the Bea that she is today. Tapos, nag sorry kami pareho. We admitted our mistakes and accepted the fact that hurts us before. But made us stronger now."

"I'm so proud of you Jho." Alyssa said.

"Huh? Bakit ate Ly? Was that an achievement?" Jho asked curiously.

Napailing nalang si Alyssa. She didn't answer Jho's question na.
After the not-so-long ride all the way to the gym, they already arrived.

"Giiirls! Let's gather in the oval daw muna said Coach." Ate Ly commanded the lady eagles.

"The men's basketball team's still inside the gym so I guess we should start working out muna." Coach Parley said.

The lady eagles ran around the oval for 5 rounds and after a 3-minute break, they began stretching again.

"Jho, help me please. I want to do sit-ups eh." Bea called Jho. They did what they always do every training. Jhoana will sit on Bea's feet while Bea's doing the sit-ups.

"Tired? Ako nanaman." So they exchanged positions na.

"Come hey. Al tel you someting ah? (Come here. I'll tell you something)." Coach Tai called her eagles.

He told his players about his plan while on the court. While he's giving them the instructions, Bea yawned.

"Can I lean my head on your shoulder?" Bea asked permission to Jho, and she just nodded.

Coach then turned to Alyssa, the team captain and talked to her. Bea felt her phone vibrated on her hand so she checked it out.

She found a text message from Thirdy.

From: Thirdy Ravena

Hey Bea, I saw you kanina. I thought dumeretso ka sa locker mo but I was wrong. Kuya Ben told me that you and your team are at the oval daw so I just left something sa locker mo nalang. Take care!

"Thirdy Ravena? Close pala kayo?" Jho asked Bea, obviously she's also reading Thirdy's message.

"Yeah. Bago lang din naman." Bea answered when another message from Thirdy came.

And oh, good morning by the way :)

"Since when did this guy learned to put a smiley in his message?" Bea talked to herself but Jho heard her.

"Maybe since he noticed that he's texting one of the hottest women in the campus." Jho said that made Bea looked at her.

Jho just smiled at the thought that her ex-lover, Bea De Leon is already texting a guy. She tried not to feel jealous or what because she don't want to ruin their friendship that's just beginning, their friendship that she thinks would last longer
