Chapter 17: Jonas

Jonas was getting ready to head off for school as it had been a long night of very peace-ful rest. He slept and slept and it had felt like it had been ages since he had seen the im-pressive light of day. He took a look at his alarm clock that must have already gone off 5 times as the clock said 6:50 AM. He scrambled knowing that he was going to be late for his bus to Kentlake High School. He didn't want to go there because there was this very touchy senior and with him being a sophomore it bothered him just a little bit to have someone like that smothering him to no end. It was almost if she stocked him or some-thing. This girl knew his classes and would just be waiting for him constantly.

"Mom, I'm heading for school." Jonas said seemingly happy as he liked to keep his emo-tions in a lot more than the traditional person.

"Okay! See you when you get back!" His mother said cheery.

He walked leisurely to his bus stop knowing that he would have to be prepared for her once again and he wasn't prepared at all for another day of it. Jonas sat there on the bus looking off in the distance as if he was thinking and that was the only thing that would keep his mind off of the girl. The problem was it wasn't working he would contin-ue to think. He liked the girl as a friend but she just seemed too off to be a girlfriend. He knew that he hadn't seen her in full yet but he knew seeing what he had seen that it was too much and it was unnecessary to continue thinking about her he just couldn't ad that was the problem that was at hand.

The bus then stopped at Kentlake and he looked around for a potential way to make it where she wouldn't see him. The only problem that he was faced with is she knew his entire schedule so there was no real getting away from her. He just gave up all hope and went to the break dancing area and went to say hi to one of his new best buds JJ. Then to realize that JJ had been gone for months now.

"I wish JJ would come back from wherever he is already."

"What was that?" Maddie said aloud. "Come on, today's orientation! You're going to become a demon just like me Jonas." She said demonically as if to make a eternal blood linkage that was physical and mentally impossible for a human to do.

"Woah... you never said you were a demon before!" Jonas then snapped.

"Oh yes, yes Jonas I have. Amonion and I are going to make you our best friends... Brother." Maddie contiued spouting off.

"Oh Brother," Jonas remarked quickly rolling his eyes.

The day continued and Jonas couldn't get Maddie away from him. This annoyed him to all can be. He liked to snuggle and cuddle with the ladies but when it came to talking and meeting people he just wasn't a big fan. He also didn't like the way that Maddie would smother him to no end this would make it so that he would just get irri-tated. Every class period he just felt like it would be a good idea to leave but he couldn't because it wasn't like his house was anywhere near the school and he would have to rely on a bus which unfortunately he couldn't pay for.

They came out of second period and all he could see was her. She was sitting right next to the stairs and he didn't have JJ to talk to her and make her go away similar to how Patrick would've been with John in a situation like this.

"Hey, Jonas! I am so excited for you to meet my family it'll be fun." Maddie exclaimed

"What happens If I Don't want to?" Jonas asked.

"Oh, you will meet them. You have no choice." Maddie says attempting to grab the neck of Jonas. "After school you will meet the Okurama family."

Jonas was worried and he continued speculating what the day could be like with her sitting there as she was going to force this upon him. The day was becoming weirder and weirder as Maddie looked intent on finding all of the things that annoyed Jonas to no end.

The end of the day had come and Jonas was trying to run to the bus until one of the security guards pulled him aside.

"What are you doing running that fast in the hallway. I'm going to do a pat down." The security guard said.

"No! You don't understand somebody's trying to kidnap me!" Jonas sputtered.

"Who would try and kidnap a six-foot two male sophomore you liar. Guards do a pat down on this kid." The guard replied.

"Ugh." Jonas the rolled his eyes.

Maddie had then came around the corner and then from a birds eye view saw the guards messing with her man.

"STOP!" She yelled trying to protect Jonas.

"He's been a bad man." The security guard said.

"How Mephistopheles?" Maddie then said.

"What did you call me?" The guard responded.

"Nothing, everything will be fine once you let go of your man." She threatened.

"Oh... I thought Nikki was your man. It's in the prophecies." Mephistopheles said letting go of Jonas.

"What was that for?" Jonas asked confused at the situation.

Maddie and Jonas traveled neat Kent Station to see the Okurama family. Jonas was still plenty confused about what was going on but there was nothing he thought he could do. They finally got there and he saw the man with green pointy hair kind of like someone was cosplayed. He also so to figures that looked like Rin and Yukio.

"We love you Kira but this Jonas character has to go!" Rin Yelled.

"Don't kill my man this is not allowed to happen Rin!" Maddie responded yelling back at him.

"Why would you do this to your sister?" Yukio asked Rin.

"What going on Maddie?" Jonas asked because he was now leaning on Rin.

"For Nikki!" He cheered.

"NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Maddie screamed.

Rin had then dug his teeth right into Jonas's neck making him scream in the ago-ny. He felt a lot in that small amount of time. He felt the teeth of Rin digging further and further into Jonas's neck. He saw the look of Maddie. Tearing up seemingly crying as his man was getting the blood literally drained out of his through and into Rin's body

"Why are you drinking that much blood man?" Yukio asked Rin didn't respond.

A void then opened up near Jonas and as soon as Rin presumed Jonas was dead he dropped him. The portal opened and Jonas fell in disappearing.

"That wasn't supposed to happen." Rin remarked sarcastically.

Maddie then knew that she wasn't going to see her Jonas again because he was dead in her mind.

Jonas was then falling from the sky where the portal took him. His eyes were still shut but when he open them he saw Jessie and James standing, Hovering over him.

"Woah... What are you doing here?" Jonas stumbled to say.

"You're coming with us boy! You're going to be a fellow rocket."

Team rocket then dragged him and made him become a rocket and had a lot of training to do to get out of the rocket industries.
