"LUCIAN PLEASE!" The woman cries as a tall man advances toward her. She is getting cornered by him.
"Adrianna.... You should not have disobeyed me..." He drawls out dragging the blade against the wall. He looks at it and back to her.
"Lucian. I did not disobey you I swear it-" she says on the brink of tears but he cuts across her
"You swear it? On what... Your life? You and I both know that I don't give a rats ass about that my love" he says chuckling evily.
Tears roll down her cheeks as she glares at him.
"Maybe not for mine. But for your child's life?" She spits out. His condescending green eyes widen a fraction before he listens, hearing a faint heartbeat within her slightly bulging stomach.
"How do I know that this is indeed my child?" He asks in an accusing tone.
"Listen to my heartbeat Lucian. It will not skip a beat as I tell you this..." She says as his eyes concentrate on her face, focusing on every detail.
"I. DID. NOT. DISOBEY YOU. THIS CHILD. IS YOURS" She says slowly. He relaxes and smiles.
"Well, then I guess our child saved your life...." he says grabbing onto her arm tightly, intending to leave a bruise.
