Darkness in a rouge

Chapter Six

This place has a theatre. Ray and I have been in it all all day watching Disney movies, laughing and throwing popcorn at eachother. We were watching brother bear, curled up on the sofas closest to the screen, the softest blanket in the building on us.

In my old apartment. This was one of the few movies I owned, im my little free time I would watch this movie, ive memorized it word by word.

"Theres lots of bears, and a ton of fish, and every year we watch the lights touch the mountain!" I quoted exactly, staring at Ray.

"There practically next door! Cmon ill show you, it will be great!"  Ray threw a handful of popcorn at my face "SHHH" she hushed loudly.

"If you slow me down" I continued, giggling. "I wont I promise!" We continued to watch the movie wile I quoted with ease.

Then my new pack phone buzzed.

Ian: Just checking in you still in the theatre? Are you okay? Need anything at all?

I sighed, Ian is very worried, often too worried, these "checking in" are becoming daily.
I guess its just his way of saying I love you.

Winter: Im fine!!! SHHHH!!! Im watching the movie!!

Ray took my phone.

Winter: WE NEED MORE
POPCORN!!!

"No!" I laughed and snatched my phone back.

Ian: Ive sent jake to watch you guys

Winter: Whoooo.

"Your Bae is coming" I said to her teasingly. "i know he told me" she said with a mouthful of popcorn wile pointing to her head.

"Your sure your mom didn't ditch you Ko-dah?" The movie continued.

Then ray grabbed my wrist "hide and grab pillows" she said immediately scavenging for pillows.

I quickly knew what was up "he wont be surprised? he can watch you threw your head."
I asked
"Ehh that wont matter." She said grabbing more pillows.

"He's almost here! Hide!" Ray said as we dived behind the sofas.

The door opened "I know where you are girls.. You cant fool me.."  Jakes mocking voice spoke over the movie.

"Now!!" Ray suddenly said, we both threw as many pillows as possible, jake then took what pillows where thrown at him and he began throwing them back, it was an all out war.

"You guys are crazy!!" He said half joking as the pillows where tossed. Finally we stopped and got more distracted by the movie, well at least I did.

Ray and James where distracted by themselves.

I sighed and felt a small envy.

Ive never really had a love like that...
I thought, expecting a remark like, "sorry winter jane" "no can do winter jane"  from darth-lover
Boy, But surprisingly there was silence.

he's also somehow figured out to block me out, so Im unsure what he's up to at
The moment, fine by me, he's not reminding me of my love life from hell.

I then received a text from Greyson

Greyson: I need a training buddy, wanna hang?

Winter: sounds gr8!

Greyson: k, meet me in the front

I shut my phone and left, saying goodbye to the love birds.

On my way there I decide to run to my room and grab a can of mountain dew, as well as a jacket, It was getting cold. I walked in and shut the door softly, my room was silent until I looked up.
