Chapter Two

My jaw dropped at the story of my "mighty" brother. Apparently he saved his pack from another pack, The Shadow Pack. With hardened hearts and evil minds, they said they would be back, but Ian doesn't think its true. They wouldn't win with such strength in our pack, he said he killed the alpha and he would gladly do it again to teach them a lesson. After hearing his stories and seeing how he's grown up, Ive never been more happy to see him.

My own brother, alive.

we sat down at the head of a very long dining table, "They should be coming soon, as alpha I should be first to arrive." he said in a greedy claiming tone, I smiled at his attitude. The dinning room was beautiful, Ill give you that.

"its only aloud that you sit next to me, here at the head of the table, your my sister, I want you right next to me, but once I find my mate, she will sit here." he said as I nodded in understanding. I suddenly wondered how they would react to a girl who barges in and becomes the alpha's, I am sure I will make enemies.

"will the pack like me?" I ask nervously.

Ian laughed "of Course! they blew up my phone once Ray spred the news, 'alpha's sister is joining the pack!  blahblahblah!'' I laughed at his high picthed mocking tone.

"my phone died within a half an hour" he said.

"I'm excited to meet them!" I said.

Soon one by one the tables filled with unfamiliar and familiar faces, most where friendly, most came by to say hi. Its the weirdest feeling.
One girl, named Kristine told me I was really pretty, they are all super nice to me.

Ray and Jake sat next to me, as ray told the story of how they became mates, "the next time we saw each other, we looked into eachothers eyes, and we knew!" Jake said as I 'awed' at the story, and then immidiatly said in a low tone raised eyebrows, " how was that night?" Ray and Jake looked at me in shock, until ray finnaly said In a joking tone " Ive had better.." We laughed until We cried as jake blushed with offence.

food came and eventially we ate once everyone sat down, we all had breakfast omletes which where amazing!

People began to quiet down, as I notice my brother, rising up to stand.

" Many if you heard the rumor that my sister had arrived, and will take place as a member in our pack, that rumor is true"

Ian continued, murmurs of approval rippled threw the pack, I noticed one, the beta, across the table, glaring viscously at me. I frowned at her and listened to Ian.

" she is to become one with us , at noon, she will be one with the pack," he smiled down at me and I smiled back. " Now, I shall leave in preparations for her ceremony, please show her welcome, I've missed her dearly and wish only the best for her" he nodded at me as I smiled, and with a smile back, he walked out of the room.
Ray grabbed me by my wrist and hauled me out of the room, " lets get you ready!! We only have two hours!" Ray said, dragging me ruffly. I laughed " okay, im coming!!" Suddenly I ran into someone with an "OOF!"

I looked to see the beta of the pack, who was the one glaring at breakfast, I smiled " sorry, completely my fault!" She growled, grabbed my shirt and pinned me against the wall.

" I've worked for four years to become his favorite, and YOU waltz in and ruin all my hard work," she growled as she continued. "That is MY spot you where sitting in, you are not here to take it away from me." She finished.

"I-im sorry I didn't mean too-" "of course you didn't, your precious, well I tell you what, The ceremony you will fight me, And I'll win, or I'll kill you, got it?" I nodded at her harsh threat. She turned and stomped away.
