Seventeen

Namjoon rolled his eyes and just turned around to go to his dresser to get some clothing. He ignored my question and I was fine with that but now he knows I heard the conversation he had with Taehyung. "Namjoon, can you hand me my phone?" My phone was on top of his dresser and I was too tired to get up and get it for myself.

He grabbed my phone for me and handed it to me. "I'll be back in a bit, I'm just going to shower." I nodded and went on my phone, texting my mom that I'd be staying at a friends house and freaking out to Kenzi and Alex about whats happening.

Nova: omG NAMJOON SAID I QAS CUTE AND IM STAYING OVE AGAISNNDJFJ
Kenzi: lucKY OMG
Alex: fuckinG GET SOME
Alex: momMA IS SO PROUD OF YOU
Nova: lol nothings going to happen
Kenzi: where is he is he with you atm
Nova: nah he just went to shower
Alex: why didnt you join him !

Alex: just go and open the door, he isnt going to care if you stay over

I got up from the bed and slowly opened up the door. "Oh hey, you're still here?" He looked around Namjoons room, not seeing him in it. "Uh yeah, I think I'm staying the night?" I wasn't sure what Namjoon wanted to do about me. Maybe he didn't want me to stay. "Where's Namjoon?" He looked in the hallway that led to the living room and kitchen. "I'm pretty sure hes's taking a shower."

"Oh, okay thanks. Come here." Taehyung took my hand and brought me across the hall to his room. "Here, sit down." He cleaned up his bed a bit and I sat on the edge. "So how do you feel about Namjoon?" He asked. "I-uhm. He's cute and nice. I don't know Taehyung don't strike a question like that on to me." He smiled and then spoke. "You've had weeks to think about your feelings!" Taehyung laughed at how uncertain I was. "Well, if this helps, he thinks you're cute and nice too."

"Yeah no, that doesn't help." I groaned and layed my back against Taehyungs bed and looked at his plain white ceiling. "Hey, there you are." I heard Namjoons voice from the door frame and I sat up. "Oh-Uh. Yeah, I was just talking to Taehyung for a minute." I looked over at Taehyung and smiled then got up and headed to Namjoons room with Namjoon.

"I thought you had left." Was all he whispered while drying his dull hair colour with a towel. "I mean I would've but I still wanted to hangout with you. I mean if that's okay." "Yeah, I was - you could stay the night if you want." He bit his bottom lip softly and looked over at me. "Yeah, it's too late for me to go home." I blushed and sat down on his bed. "Here you can wear this again. The bathrooms the door next to mine, just so you know." I nodded and took the plain white t shirt he was handing me. It was the same one I wore last time.

I headed to the bathroom, I got dressed and looked at myself in the mirror. My hair looked like a big mess so I tied it into a loose messy bun. I fixed up my makeup a bit, my eyeliner was a big smudged so I cleaned it up a bit. I left the bathroom and headed back to Namjoons room. I looked at him laying on his bed on my phone. "What are you doing?" "Kenzi and Alex were texting you so I decided to text them back." He smirked. I left the doorway to see what they had said.

Alex: nova

Kenzi: nova where are you why arent you answering
Alex: what did namjoon do to you
Alex: are yaLL FUCKING
Kenzi: i called it
Alex: dont get pregnant !!!
Nova: i didnt hurt her
Nova: and we didnt fuck
Kenzi: wait what
Alex: is this really namjoon or is nova fucking with us
Nova: do i look like nova

Alex: oh
Alex: shiT
Alex: you look good
Alex: saved!
Kenzi: back off thats novas man
Nova: im no ones man
Alex: yet

I looked up at Namjoon and felt like dying. Why are my friends like this? Why can't they be normal and not embarrass me. "I am so sorry for them." I looked back down at my phone and texted them.

Nova: 아이구 (omg)
Nova: why would yall do that to me
Nova: i hate yall
Kenzi: we didnt know he'd be on your phone
Alex: yeah we had no idea that hed be a snoopy bitch and go through your phone !!

I hated how my friends could be sometimes, so embarrasing, but it was whatever. I looked up and saw that Namjoon had already gotten into sweatpants and no shirt and gotten comfortable. He motioned for me to come over to his so I shut off the light and then got under the covers. I scooted over to him and placed my cheek on his soft skin that was between his shoulder and his chest while my arm wrapped around his abdomen.

He placed his arm around my waist and rubbed my hip bone lightly. We both stayed quiet and closed out eyes, ready for sleep to overcome us both. I wanted to ask what we were, what we're doing, but I didn't want to ruin the moment. I knew that if he asked how I felt or if I asked how he felt then we both would deny our feelings for each other and it would be awkward. I was enjoying this, us not bikering so we both stayed quiet and didn't bring up our feelings.

also idk whats going to happen next chapter but i hope its good oh and sorry for all the text convos but without that the chapter wouldve been like 200 words so i used the texts to build up on
