The Only One

Chapter 16: We Never Give Up

Next time I wake up it is because two vampires are taking Scar and I out of the cell in which has become quite bloody since we came. 

"Come on Sweetie" One of them coos at me "Time to die" but I just look at them blankly. If I had the energy I would have smashed his head in but right now I need to save my energy if I am going to make the plan work. I have to be able to fight. 

"You two Pretty Boy" The other said to Scar and I can't help but crack a smile. We are dragged up some stair and down a hallway until we reach what seems to be a back door. Once they open it the blinding light of the sun hits my face. When I can finally see I an meet by a huge crowd just listening to their mighty ruler Alastor. Behind them is Alastor's army. It was huge but our army was stronger or at least I hope it is.

"Ladies and gentlemen! Welcome! Today is a very importent day" I hear Alastor's voice echo around forest "For today is the day we win this war!" The crowd cheers

"Not only that but today is the day that the Lupins beg us to let their Princess live" He calls "For we have in our hands the princess of Lupin Albus Princess Caroline!" The crowd boos as the young princess is pushed to her feet  "And we also have two brave fighters here Scar and Fang! They are the strongest of the werwolves and they can do nothing!" At that the crowd go quiet looking at us and talking in hushed voices.

"Today" Alastor continues "These two will pay for the side they were on. By Death!" He turns to look at us making the men and Scar bow by the power that radiated off of him but not I. I stood strong against his glare. Now that I am out in the open I can feel the army of Lupin come closer and I know what I have to do

"For to long you have been ignorant of your place She Wolf!" He cries "Now it is time you learned!"

"The person who needs to learn their place is you Alastor!" I yell so everyone can hear me even the armies "You will fall and We will beat you" I take a step forward my chains no longer holding me down 

"You dare challenge me!" He bellows and the whole crowd can fell his rage

"I do" I call "For I know who will win! Lupins Never Give Up" The army charges in as Plasma takes fall control. I feel the chains brake as my wolf comes out and as much as I would love to kill Alastor I know my plan and I will follow it.

I run to to Princess Caroline and toss her onto my back. I start my way out of the battle. I hear Scar brake free and start to fight but I also hear horses following me. I pick up my pace dodging trees leaping over rocks and plants leaving the horses behind but soon the vampires are snapping at my heels but I was almost there. I see the castle insight and I also see a group about to leave. I howl letting them know I was there. Soon they where fight the vampires while I finally made it to the castle where someone takes the princess. I look up and see King Thomas. He held her close as she cried.  

"Thank You" He says holding her. I nod my head before running back into battle making quick work of the vampires that were remaining. I look at the wolves around me.

"Stay here and make sure the castle is safe" I tell them though a pack link that I quickly connected to 

"Yes Fang" They reply before running back to the castle

"Come on Plasma lets go win a war" I say as we start running to Alastor's Castle again. When we get there the battle is pretty even though Scar is lossing to Alastor. I run closer fighting my way to them. Vampiers lunge at me as I ran but none make it close. Skylar's magic is pushing them away.

"You'll never win" Alastor laughs "You can't even use your wolf can you?" He laughs as he starts calling the undead to his side

"I will beat you with my wolf or not" Scar yells running into him and stopping mid spell 

"Stop fighting me Alex" Alastor commands and Scar struggles to stay on his feet but he can't. He turns and sees me. His eyes are dark as he runs off. 

"Kill Him!" He yells at me as he runs into another. I nod my head and turned to Alastor.

"Stop fighting you silly wolf" Alastor cackles but I just snarl and leap into battle. He has yet to recognize me so he will think that I will stop soon. His eyes grow wide with fear as I bite his shoulder. He screams but all to quickly he is healed. Somewhere there is a witch healing him

"Scar find the witch!" I yell thought the pack link. I see him run off to the side of the battle where a witch sits to focused on her spell to see Scar. He bites her and her concentration brakes. I quickly jump and bite Alastor hard. Scar is still fighting the witch and the wound heals again. I continue like this until Scart kills the witch but ripping of her head.     

"Stop Now" Alastor yells but he was just fuelling my fire. I bite and leap and dodge. He sends undead at me but each new one is weaker and easier to kill then the next. Only a few reach me and harm me so I quickly shift and pick up two swords.. Alastor noticing his spells no longer worked and pulled his sword out. Suddenly after I had killed the last of the undead did he strike. His sword bu buried itself right through my stomach. It cuts straight through and I see the tip when I look down.

"Die!: He screams laughing like a lunatic.

"You think that will stop me" I whisper as I pull the sword out "You are so wrong" I turn his own sword against him and stab him in the shoulder pinning him to the floor. With another sword I pin my second sword then finally I take the final death and stab him through the heart. He lets out a death filled screams as his body jolts. His blood seeps everywhere then he is still. Dead

 Only then do I feel it. I look down and the wound still bleeding but that doesn't stop me. I continue fighting everyone of the monsters that are still fighting until every last one of them is dead and a victory call echoes around the field. Howls echo around the battle field but when I go to join a pain runs though my body. I am covered in wounds but the one Alastor gave me is bleeding the most. I collapse to the earth

"I can't heal you! His blade was covered in poison." I hear Plasma's worried voice "Liliafang don't you dare leave me!" I feel tears run down my face as I lay there cold and alone.  

"Fang!" I vaguely hear someone call as they shake me "Fang Please! You can't go" 

"Someone get the medics!" Someone else yells 

"Liliafang you can't die on us" Someone cries and someone leans their head on me. My head feels light and I know I am losting too much blood.

"Liliafang" Someone whispers. I open my eyes to look at this person. I smile when I see her 

"Skylar" I whisper. She is crying and holding me close. She brush the hair out of my face 

"Don't talk save your energy" She says but I shake my head. I lift my head and touch her face. Skylar leans into my hand more tears falling 

"Take care of everyone for me alright?" I say looking at her. She nods looking down at me

"I will but so will you" She cries, some of her tear hitting me but I treasure them. 

"No Skylar" I say sadly tears falling as well "This isn't goodbye. I will always be here." I move my hand to her heart

"Liliafang Please" Skylar whimpers "I don't know what I will do if you're gone forever"

"I know what you will do" I say looking at her for the last time "You'll do amazing things" I close my eyes slowly. The darkness taking me. My hand go limp as my mind slips away 

"Goodbye Liliafang" Plasma howls "I won't forget you"

And I will never forget you

 I fly away from the world that had been holding me close for so long.
