Thanks for having me, this is going to be fun.

Of course it will be, now, how's life?

It's going good, I'm happy, unemployed currently but happy.

What do you mean unemployed?

Well, I'm not currently filming anything, I'm still under contract with Marvel but nothing is being filmed for a while so I'm kinda in some sort of limbo at the moment.

Right, I understand. Have you thought about going back to TV work or are you more for films now?

Of course I'd go back to TV, I miss having the set times and stuff put out yearly you know? Like with a TV season it'll be like "oh we're finished filming? I'll see you when we film the next season" but some times with films it's like "oh, we're finished filming? I'll miss you maybe we'll get another film together." I miss that knowing that you'll work with those people again later in the year.

If you could, would you go back on Agents of Shield?

Yes and no.

Why?

I think Agent Williams has run her time with Daisy and the others, but also I'm not ready to leave that behind, if I had the choice, I would go back but it's not up to me and that would probably disrupt the whole storyline anyway.

Are you still in contact with those from Agents of Shield?

Oh yeah, definitely. We all work for Marvel, how could we not keep in contact, it's not as if I've become some sort of traitor and started working for DC instead. Haha.

What was it like working with Sebastian in Civil War? That was before you started dating correct?

Yeah, that was before we started dating. I don't know really, he's a good actor, so amazing, and I feel so pathetic working with him because I feel lame compared to him. When we first started working together I thought he was a jerk, haha, but then I started to work with him more and we started talking and yeah, a couple of months later we started dating and it's one of the things in life I'll never regret, no matter what happens in the future.

That was so deep, I'm pretty sure I nearly cried.

Haha, we tend to do that to people. We're the ultimate saps when it comes to our relationship. We've been in this honeymoon phase for ages and I'm not sure it'll ever stop.

Not even after a real honeymoon?

Ah, I wouldn't go that far, I don't think either of us are ready for that..

Are you telling me that if Sebastian didn't do some romantic gesture then popped the question you'd say "no"

Well, no, but I'm not going to push him to propose to me and he wouldn't push me to say yes to him. We're happy where we are at the moment, we're getting back on track after what's happened and we couldn't be happier.

I saw on Instagram that a while back you met his family, what were they like?

Oh my god, I love them. They're absolute sweethearts. They even threatened him to skin him alive if he ever broke up with me and it's hilarious that they'd go to extremes to keep us together.

Them and a million fans.

It's very sweet to have that kind of support. You hear all these stories of people getting together and ultimately breaking up because of pressure from fans and I hate that, it's up to the people in the relationship to keep their relationship going, not break up over if their fans are happy about it or not. If you're truly happy with that person, you fight for it.

What do you think the relationship between Williams and Bucky is like?

I think their relationship is adorable. She's confused as it is because she can't remember anything at the beginning, whereas Bucky is trying to remember everything from his life in the 1940s with Steve, but Williams doesn't have to remember that far back, it's just her life as a agent is gone, she has these skills from being an agent but she doesn't know why she has them. Bucky had those memories of being the winter soldier, well some of them anyway, and he knows why he can kill people and stuff. And that's where they click, they're both trying to remember who they are whilst fighting this battle against the Sokovia Accords and that's what brings them together, and it's what separates them also, with Bucky going back under cryo.

It's a shame they didn't establish a romantic relationship during Civil War.

It's something to keep fans on their toes.
