A/N: Hi guys! I really hope you're enjoying this story. Here is Chapter 3 of Just a Little Cliché
~
Since Nathan had driven in his car, he just followed me home. I pulled up in front of my house. It was a two story structure, with three bedrooms. The outside was made from bricks and there was a driveway to park the cars in. There were two small steps leading up to the wooden door. I stuck the key in and turned the knob. Nathan shut the door when he got in and locked it. I threw my keys on the small black table we had sitting by the door. I walked past the living room that had a black leather couch sitting in front of the TV. It was a 50 inch flat screen. I never understood why my parents wanted such a big TV. They were rarely ever home to watch it. Not too far from the living room was the kitchen. Then there was a small hallway where the stairs were. I headed up the stairs, Nathan still behind me. My room was the very first room you came across. It was on the left side of the hall and had a white door. The door was closed at the moment and the words 'Maella's Room' were on a sheet of paper. Stepping inside I went to my dresser. It was on the right hand side right by the window. The TV in my room was much smaller than the one downstairs, but it didn't bother me. My full size bed was up against the wall with plain gray sheets on it. The floor was carpeted which I liked because I didn't have to worry about cold floors. I was just looking for something more comfy to change in. I pulled out a pair of our school sweats and long sleeve shirt.
"You're not wearing Netflix watching clothes," I told Nathan.
"What does that even mean?" He asked.
"You're wearing tight jeans for one. That's not comfortable. Just because they make your bum look nice doesn't mean you should wear them," I said. I dug through one of my other drawers. Nathan used to leave stuff here all the time. I literally had a drawer full of his stuff. I threw him a plain white t-shirt and a pair of basketball shorts.
"You seriously keep all this stuff?"
"Am I supposed to throw it away? Plus it comes in handy for times like this," I told him. I went into the bathroom that was connected to my room to change. Nathan just changed out in my room. I walked out when I was finished.
"Seriously, you could have seen if I was done first. What if I had been naked," Nathan said. He was just standing there in his freshly changed clothes.
"Well I doubt you would have been naked. You had no reason to be naked. You were just changing your clothes," I said walking past him. I threw my clothes in the dirty clothes basket and made my way back downstairs.
"So what are we going to watch?" Nathan asked as he plopped down on the couch.
"Why don't you pick something while I order pizza," I told him.
"Sounds good," he said turning on the TV. As I ordered the pizza I went and sat next to Nathan on the couch. He always liked to pick movies I hated. He thought he was so funny. I don't even know I why I was friends with the guy. I finished ordering our pizza and looked over at him.
"What did you pick?" I asked him. He just smiled at me. "Seriously Nathan, what did you pick?" I asked again. He just continued smiling at me.
Nathan always used his charm to get what he wants. When we were younger he would make puppy dog eyes and pout. The sad thing is, it actually worked. Nathan was always a cute kid, and he had grown to be an attractive teenager. Not that I would ever tell him that. Nathan stood at about 6'3 and had an athletic build. He had dazzling green eyes that sparkled when he smiled. He only had one dimple, but it was actually kind of cute. Not only was he attractive, but he was a nice guy. You could always count on him. Before he started dating Jessica people always used to think we were dating. We would always laugh and tell them we were just friends.
