Chapter 10

Frisk was signing like crazy as usual. This child does get excited. You try to tell Frisk to slow down but Undyne's voice had ringed through the air demanding everyone's attention.

"I know this was the punks birthday party and the attention should all go to her, but I have something to announce. You ready for this Alphys?" You see the small monster nodding nervously to her in response. Everyone started to mutter in confusion. Someone yelled out that they already announced the winner to the contest, who was a monster named Shyren. Undyne gave a hardy laugh even though she seemed a bit irritated.

"That's not the announcement. It's something more serious. As all of you may know, Alphys and I have been dating since the barrier was broken." The murmuring became a bit louder as Undyne had said this. Not out of confusion but excitement this time. You kept looking in confusion. Where is this going? Undyne seemed determined, so she yelled for everyone to be quiet, which the command was easily obeyed. She held Alphys hand in the air as of she just won a wrestling match. "We are engaged", she exclaims triumphantly.

You clap as you hear monsters around you hoot and cheering. Everyone seemed to be really happy for the couple. Alphys blushed and Undyne had gave a wide grin.

You then turn to Frisk, who was tugging at your sleeve. They were once again signing like crazy.

"Woah, Frisk I'm still trying to learn sign language. Can you please slow down?"

Frisk smiled and nod as you said this. They seemed happy to hear you were learning. Frisk signed much more slowly this time and you got most of what they were saying. They had already invited the skeletons, Alphys, Undyne, and another monster you never heard of to have a sleep over at Frisk house. They wanted to know if you'll be joining them.

"Well, it is my birthday. I could just go home and eat more cake..." You started trying to mess with Frisk, who did not seem to be happy with you. They gave you a pout. "Awe c'mon, don't give me the puppy lip. Anything but that!!"

They tug at your sleeve again. Frisk was determined to get an actual answer from you. "Okay okay, I'll go if you just stop looking that way", you say through a laugh. They smiled, pleased with your response.

Frisk was picking out a movie as you hear a knock. You start to get up to answer the door, but Toriel beat you to it so you sat back down on their comfy couch. You listen as Toriel opens the door.

"Oh, you finally came. Come in and have a seat. Frisk is just picking a movie, maybe you would like to help them?"

"Nah, I trust the kid with whatever movie they decide", a dark lazy voice said. It of course came from Sans you knew.

"UGH YOU LAZY BONES! FEAR NOT YOUR MAJESTY, FOR I THE GREAT PAPYRUS SHALL HELP FRISK PICK OUT THE BEST MOVIE SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY!"

You had giggled with the interaction that was developing at the door frame. To say the least, you found it amusing. The skeletons came into the living room, Sans sitting on the couch with you and Papyrus sitting on the floor next to Frisk to pick out a movie. Before you could say hi to the brothers, Sans swinged his legs on the couch and onto your lap.

"And what exactly do you think you are doing?", you ask him in a sassy tone.

He gives you a shit eating grin and says simply, "getting comfy". You roll your eyes. Soon Frisk and Papyrus finds a movie, named Brother Bear. Before any of you could really get into it, you heard yet another knock on the door. This time Frisk had answer the door.
