Your breath is short and fast trying to gasp for air. You move your shaking hand from your side onto your chest, keeping the album in your other as you looked towards the sky. It was filled with pinks, purples, and blues hinting that it was dawn. You lean against the tree behind you. Maybe I can finally rest.

You had no idea where you were. It was a forest that was on a side of a mountain. That's all you knew. Leaves or yellow and red were at your feet, crunching with every movement. You usually would enjoy the scenery of the changing leaves and the beautiful sky, however that was impossible. Especially with what just happened.

Sans and you were heading back still from you two's mini mission as you hugged the photo book to your chest. Sans was as usual saying another one of his knock knock jokes, but he stopped abruptly. "Hey, uh, Kitty don't look now but I think we are being followed", he whispers. His tone was dark and deeper than usual. He hints to whomever is behind us. You sighed heavily. Why am I not so observant? I should have known. You clench your fist around the book. Why is she still having me followed? It makes no sense. She kicked me out of her home and her life. She has no right to know what I'm up to.

"I know", you state simply trying to hide your emotions. "Well I didn't know we were being followed this time but I knew I was being followed before. But I thought..." You cut yourself off, you were getting too angry. Anger never helps, ever. It only makes things worse. You relax your hands and breath deeply. "I'm sorry."

You look at Sans sideways, he was giving an unreadable expression. "Heh, don't worry about it so much. No harm no foul. But that does leave us with a problem. How about instead of enjoying the view we lose him by me teleporting home?" You sigh and nod your head. Sans was really smart, smarter than he let's on. You were grateful once again for his teleportation. He grabs your wrist and snaps his fingers as you close your eyes.

"Thanks Sans you're a life" You were greeted an hill that lead to a mountain cover with a forest, instead of the cozy home of your skeleton friends. "Saver." You finished as you stared in confusion noticing Sans wasn't holding your wrist anymore either. Why am I here? I've never been here before. At least I don't think I have.

"Tisk tisk, you've already forgotten hav'nt you?", an unfamiliar voice says disapprovingly. You quickly turn to the body that belonged to the voice. It was a black tall silhouette. You take a step back, everything inside you telling you to run. He stood about as seven feet but you couldn't see a face nor any other defining features.

"W-who are you? Are you the one my grandmother had me followed? I-if so-" The man gave hardy guffaw as if you dismiss your accusation.

"I am no such man. You needn't worry about that", he growls as the man lunges at you.

Turning heel you raced into the forest. There you could lose him. You zigzag across the mountain as he shouted lewd terms at you. This went on for ages it seemed like until he cried out, "You can't always run away. Someday you'll grow tired. And when you do, I'll be here in the shadows waiting. And when that day comes your soul will be mine." With that you heard a pop and everything went silent once more.
-----------------------------------------------------------

Sitting, you sighed. What am I going to do? What does he mean he will have my soul? Why didn't he keep chasing me if he wants it so bad? Why am I here? I don't understand! You layed your album next to you as you pressed your hands on your forehead. Nothing he said made any sense. Why were you the one? Why was he chasing you? Why had your grandmother kicked you out? Why had your mother die? Why me? Why all of this? Before you could stop yourself you let out a sob. Your sobs got heavier and heavier until you were completely breaking down. You rocked backed in forth as you kept asking why. Why all this pain, why had it have to happen, etc. Did I do something to deserve this? You knew you weren't perfect but you couldn't find you did so wrong as to. Maybe it's just me in whole? I'm not good enough, smart enough, kind enough, he'll look at me. I'm such a baby. Why did I think I ever deserved to be happy?

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. I don't know what I did but I'm sorry. Please, I'm sorry", you cried out over and over to a God who might not even hear you. You didn't know what had broke you so bad. Sure being chased by a man you can't see and him threatening to take your soul was pretty upsetting, but this upsetting? And yeah you were still messed up about your whole fiasco with your grandmother but it couldn't make you this messed up. Were you crazy? You were certainly acting as if you were.

"(Y/n)?" Hearing the familiar sound of a person you know call out in your state surprised you. You knew not to be threating or harmful.

"Asgore?"

I'm sorry that it took forever to get this chapter out. I was going to have a light hearted one but I had this idea instead. I know it's not the best and I'm sorry for that. I had writers block and my great grandpa just died so I pushed it off. Bad author I know. I am sorry it's not as lengthy either. Next chapter I promise. Anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed.
