Your eye flashed open and you jumped. What the hell? You felt like that dream, no nightmare of sorts was familiar. At the same time, it felt forgien. You couldn't quite get a hand of mixture of familiarity and non familiarity. You shake your head, as if getting rid of the thoughts and the nightmare itself.

A feeling of confusion then swept over you. This isn't my room... where- Oh right. Last night's events flashed in your mind. You felt embarrassed that you had forgotten you were at Toriel and Frisk's home.

"Good you are awake", a deep voice rang out. This caused you to jump once more.

Looking at your phone to check if you got any messages, you said "Jesus Sans, why do you always have to scare me like that?"

"Sorry, I didn't mean to rattle your bones", Sans jokes. You roll your eyes as you laugh. Yes, his jokes and puns were awful but that didn't stop you from enjoying them. They always made you laugh no matter what.

"Haha, very funny skeleton", you retorted.

"Why thank you, I am really funny skeleton." Giggling at his comment, you get up to make the bed. You sighed at the sight of it. The sheeting was almost completely off and the blanket was already on the ground. You really done a number on it, you felt guilty almost. At least I'm making it though.

"Seriously though, how are you feeling", Sans asked as you put the fitted sheet on. You didn't know the answer to the question so you said you were ok, trying to hint to him you don't have an answer. He seemed to pick up on it since he went and sat down on the floor. This had made you giggle once more. Always lazy as usual. Although I'm breaking a sweat fixing these sheets, maybe I'm lazy too? Nah, just unhealthy.

"Wanna go to Grillby's?", Sans asked unexpectedly. You gave a confused look, not knowing what Grillby's is. "It's a joint I know, sells really great ketchup. It also has food for you too, and it be my treat." Your stomach growled remembering you only had Papyrus's famous spaghetti... and glitter.

"I guess it won't hurt to, just let me finish making the bed, get out of these pyjamas, and tell Toriel.", you decide. Sans nodes and leaves the room. Finishing making the bed, you spot in the corner of your eye a pile of clothes with a letter on top.

"Dear child, I have left you these pair of clothing to change into. I hope you do like them, Frisk had helped me pick them. Child, do not be alarmed that we are not there. I had some errands to run with Frisk, and Asgore had to go to a meeting. I hope you slept well.

Sincerely, Toriel

That's so sweet. You were so relieved to have clothes to change in. Your work clothes weren't the most comfortable. The t-shirt had the most annoying tag, it would itch and irritate your skin, as did the pants. You looked at the pile of clothes that was neatly folded. A pair of rip skinny jeans, some flats, and (f/c) sleeveless shirt was then inspected. You change into the outfit and you had to admit looking in the mirror, you liked what you saw.

You then proceeded to walk out meeting Sans in the living room.

"Hey you are looking sharp", he says. This in turn made you blush slightly, you weren't used to compliments. Your stomach then butts in with another growl.

"So how far away is this place, because I'm starving." You grab your stomach mentally telling it to be quiet.

"Eh, don't worry about it. I know a shortcut." Your vision blurred and you saw yourself at a rustic looking building with the name 'Grillby' on it. You took a step back, confused on how you were already here.
