-- joshler (josh perspective) --

I heard the intro to heavydirtysoul and jogged in on my queue. my stomach rumbled, I'd had a stomach ache for awhile, but I figured that when I went on it'd either be gone or it would leave. guess not. is at at the drums, and started playing as hard as I could.

I got through about 3 songs, with my stomach gradually getting worse, until I felt bile rising up my throat. I was going to vomit, on stage, if I didn't do something quick. I brought over the closest person and told them what was happening, and I ran off stage as the guy followed, making sure I was okay. I ran below stage to the nearest bathroom, and in a little bit I was okay to go back upstage. I was about to climb the stairs, when I heard tyler call my name. I turned around, and it was only then that I realised there was no music playing, and there hadn't been any for about 5 minutes.

I ran over to him, only to be greeted by a hug. this was the side of tyler that I loved, that nobody but jenna and I really got to see. I generally loved everything about tyler, the way he walked, his voice, his cute little smile, but I could never really tell him any of that, could I? I looked into his chocolate brown eyes and found myself drowning in them, hearing tyler talking to me, but not truly listening. the only things I could pick up were things like 'what's wrong?' and 'I was really worried, I didn't know what happened!'. I saw the genuine worry and love in his eyes that was always present but not this strong. I guess I got caught in the moment, because the next thing I heard was silence apart from the dull screaming from the fans above us, and I felt Tyler's lips pressed against mine. he seemed shocked, but slowly eased into it, and I realised I'd just thrown up, but I didn't care, nor did he.

after what seemed like a perfect eternity, I pulled away, and he smiled at me. 'what was that for?' he smiled again. 'tyler, I love you, and I have for so long. please don't hate me.'
'hate you?' my face went red, and he looked down, 'josh, I love you too.' he murmured, the slightest little sentence, but it made my heart and my stomach go crazy. I pulled him in for a hug, cherishing the feeling of his slender body against mine.
'do you think we should tell them?' tyler's voice rang through my ears, breaking me from this utopia.
'I think so.' I responded.

we climbed back on stage, both of us grinning widely, and he greeted the fans once again, explaining to them that I must have caught a bug, and I needed a small break. they, of course, understood and we're just happy for the show to continue.

'but before we continue,' tyler started, 'there's something I think we should tell you.'
