Alex's POV
Make it stop!
Make the fires stop.
The fires and the guns.
I had to wake up this was driving me crazy, I was reliving the accident over and over.
Sometimes I was watching it, standing helpless by the side of the road, not able to do anything but wait, and sometimes I was in mothers place the screaming woman who couldn't do anything but sit and wait to die, I was maybe in my dads place, turning at the wheel that wouldn't respond.
And the one that frightened me the most, me on the end of the gun.
---------------
My body was screaming out in pain, all over I was filled with stinging tingles and shooting agony.
I couldn't move, I was pretty sure of that.
Fingers.
No.
Arms.
No.
"I wish she would wake up, I need to talk to her" it was the sad voice of Grace, and she sounded like she was in pain.
Legs.
No.
Feet.
No.
"I know, but she will when she's ready, she'll come back to us, I promise Grace!" Cameron was to my right I'm sure, it hurt to think, but I'm pretty sure I was right.
Eyes.
No.
Noes.
No!
I became more urgent to move with every order that my body disobeyed.
---------------
It seemed strange how I felt I was waking up, yet my body would not respond, it was like waking up in a dark room and you find out that it's actually your mind.
I started my stretch routine again.
Fingers.
No.
I was aware of a hand holding mine, I think or a soft ball, no it was definitely a hand!
Arms.
No.
Legs.
No.
"Thank you... For always being there for her Cameron," that was true and very nice to hear coming from my sister.
Feet.
No.
"your so good to her and she doesn't even realise it!" wrap it up Grace! I knew she was going to say something else and I tried my best to move.
Eyes.
No.
Noes.
No.
Anything!
"She would be lucky to have you and me to as a brother" Nooooo! I hate you sister when I get out of this I am going to strangle you so hard! I telepathically scream at her, and with that, a commotion began; a range of different pitched beeps sounded and voices lots of voices, Grace's and Cameron's ringing higher than any other.
Thats when I realised I had moved!
I moved! They knew I could hear them!
Oh, they knew I heard them...
