Ooh, an update! Sorry, school is keeping me really busy and I can't do anything about it! I'm especially tired! Enjoy!

Also, I'd really like to chat with some of you, get to know you guys. I'm not trying to sound like a creep or anything, I've just been reading My Wattpad Love lately, and it got me in the mood of making friends.

Onward with the chapter!

LAURA

Ariana and Teresa waited outside her door until Laura awoke. "When will she be up?" Ariana asked impatiently. "Don't ask me, how should I know?" Teresa responded. Laura heard the faint whispers on the other side of the door. She identified them to be Ariana and Teresa. She smiled at what she realized what they were doing. Today was November 29th, also known as Laura's birthday. Laura sat up from her bed, she held her breath as she tried to attempt to get up without the rusty springs of her mattress to make a sound.

Laura tiptoed all the way to her door, and opened it. Ariana and Teresa gasped. "Looking for something?" Laura asked with her hands placed on her hips. "Laura!" Ariana exclaimed then gave Laura a bone crushing hug. "Good... morn...ing... Aria....na." Laura choked out her words. The lack of oxygen due to Ariana's hug made it difficult for her to speak. Teresa pried Ariana off of Laura. "Down, girl." Teresa joked. Ariana rolled her eyes at Teresa.

"Happy birthday, Laura!" Teresa said. Ariana nodded in agreement. "Oh, is that why you guys were waiting out here?" Laura said with sarcasm. "Yes. It was Ariana's idea, and she dragged me along with it." Teresa explained, dropping off the blame on Ariana. Laura shook her head with a smile glued on her lips. "You guys are too cute," She said then walked down the stairs.

Laura walked into the kitchen where she found it vacant. She looked around the room but there was no sign of any body anywhere. "Hey Teresa, where is every-"

"Surprise!" Laura's family popped out from behind some hiding places. Laura jumped a little. "Happy birthday, Laura." They yelled. Laura's eyes were filled with gratefulness. Vanessa, Ellen, and Damiano all hugged Laura. "You guys are so sweet. Terrifying, but sweet." She said as she hugged each and every one of them. "Laura we got you some stuff. They're in the living room." Vanessa said, then made her way to the other room. Laura turned to Ellen. "What kind of stuff?''

Vanessa cam back with a cake in her arms that had seventeen different colored candles on top of it. "Happy 17!" Vanessa said. Teresa and Ariana appeared from the bottom of the stairs and made their way into the kitchen. Damiano set the cake on the table, and Ellen grabbed her photo camera. Vanessa started clapping and singing Happy birthday. Laura blushed in embarrassment.

"Let's sing to her!" Teresa suggested. Damiano lit up the candles with a lighter and Laura walked over to the cake. She clapped along with them as they sang Happy Birthday to her. "Happy Birthday dear Laura, happy birthday to you!" Laura leaned down and blew on the candles, they all clapped and Ellen took pictures.

"Damiano, honey, Please set that right over there." Ellen pointed to a table near the corner of the back yard to a table. Damiano nodded and set the bags on the table Ellen had pointed to. "Thank you." She thanked.

They were preparing for Laura's birthday party. They were inviting all her friends from school. Laura was in her room she was on her laptop strolling through twitter, she laughed at the funny and thoughtful tweets her fans sent her, and began replying back. A knock on her door distracted Laura from her typing. "Come in." Laura said. The person came in and sat down next to her.
