A/N: Hey guys, sorry about the wait, but anyway, here's the next chapter, and I tried to make it as least emotionally scarring as I could (just kidding, it's actually quite chill), so anyways, enjoy the chapter, loyal viewers!

Bagel was kind of surprised by the accusations Wheat had thrusted upon him. He would never think about going after Baguette when he was so hopelessly in love with Toast. After knowing each other for less than a day.

The truth was, Bagel just wasn't really aware with how the world worked exactly. He just knew that people could fall in love easily, and fall out of love just as easily. He'd seen it happen enough times, with people betraying the ones they were supposedly "in love" with. It hurt him to see people in pain caused by others.

But the significance of Bagel not knowing how the world works exactly, is him not being sure how to be in love. He didn't know you weren't allowed to find someone else attractive when you were supposed to be with someone else.

What Bagel also didn't know, however, is that the thought he just had is complete bullshit. It's in human nature to always want something more than they have, which is where the overwhelmingly selfish thoughts about other people being attractive, or better than others, come in. We can never have enough.

So, of course, Bagel now feels extremely guilty, thinking it's his fault entirely that he finds Baguette attractive, whereas he had heard Toast talking about how utterly amazing the band members she liked were. He thought it was sarcasm, of course.

Bagel sullenly made his way to the breakfast table, still feeling incredibly guilty, and taking a seat, while everyone looked on in worry. Everyone there (knowing Bagel for however long) knows that he has that kind of personality where they just don't get sad easily. So, of course, something pretty damn serious happened. And Wheat and Thomas know exactly what happened. They both exchange quick glances.

Wheat immediately wonders if perhaps he was too difficult on Bagel, and considering the fact it was Bagel in question, who would never purposely hurt someone, he wondered if Bagel would've acted on his feelings at all.

No, Wheat told himself suddenly and forcefully, I did what I had to do. Bagel may be nice, but he sure as hell doesn't know about how the world works, and I don't want him to do something that he'll regret later.

Baguette was the first to speak up and attempt to talk to Bagel, who was now sipping on a glass of milk, that was hopefully not in Ryan Ross's ass.

"Hey, um, are you okay?" She tried. Bagel was so surprised by the polite confrontation that he choked on the milk that hopefully was not used in the making of The Milk Fic. One can never be so sure. Check your milk, kids.

After Bagel's near-death experience, he decided to try to form a complete sentence.

"I'm fine," he said, with a shitty smile that anyone with an IQ above five could see through. Everyone at the table withheld sighing, including Bagel, in his current guilt-ridden state.
