I could feel the bed begain to shake from under me and voice say my name.

"You need to get up" the voice was in a whisper, but it was quick and worried. Opening my eyes i looked around till i found Grayson standing over me with a panicked look.

"Whats going on?" I asked him, looking around again. He was taking deep breaths in and out almost like he was sniffing the air. "I don't know, but there is something close to the house so i need you to stay with Damen"

I looked at him with wide eyes before rapping my arms around him almost like its would keep away the danger "I want to stay with you" i told him becoming scared because of how he was acting.

"I just need to go make sure your mom is ok than i will get the pack to check it out ok?" He asked as he picked my up and walked to the door.

He peeked his head out side to check if anyone was there before walking across the hall to Damen.

"Damen you need to get up" Gray said, setting me down on the next to him.

Damen was laying on his stomach with arms around a pillow. "Is that you who smells like that?" Damens asked sticking his head up to looked at gray.

"Whats the sniffings?! Whats going on?" I asked looking at them both who just looked back at me "there is someone here who has way more power than an alpha" Gray said before running out of the room.

There was something wrong with the air like it was thick and almost harder to breath, something that only happened when my father was mad.

"Its going to be ok" Damen said from the window which he was locking and closing the curtains before walked back over to the bed, but this time he layed down on the right side of me. "I know, but I'm just scared because he has never acted this way" I mumbled and he nodded.

"I know, he's just worried about you and his pack" he told me as he rapped his arm around my waist, pulling me closer "Now, go back to sleep" he whispered laying down next to me, but his body was blocking me from the door.

I sighed, not feeling tiered anymore so I just layed there looking at the tattoos that covered his chest . I brought my hand up to trace the lines, but he made a mumming sound that almost like a purr.

"Is that a boy thing because Gray does that too" I asked him and he laughed with a slight nod "Yes and no. Its the bond that amplifies the feelings, but you cant feel it because your wolf is dormant" He told me and I nodded before smirking, "So its like Vampire Diaries?" I asked and he nodded "yes actually, like we can stab each other and be fine to snap each others neck" He said and I shot up and looked at him, laughing.

"You watch it?" I asked and he rolled his eyes " I have a little sister" he said and I laughed "OK, what ever you say mister" I said and layed down.

It was quiet for a few minutes before there was growling and my moms yells "What's going on?" I asked, but he never answered because he rolled over, right on top of me right when the door was busted in. "Hand her over" a voice said, but Damen growled as he stood up with me behind him "Why would I?" He snarled.
