"MEL!" someone shouted behind the window.
"OMIGOD! Renneé!" I shouted with happiness.
"C'mon out!" she told me.
"I thought you already left for London?" I asked her as I went out of the door.
"In 15 minutes I will be! Just came here to say goodbye! " Renneé told me with her fancy Australian accent.
"Oh. Bye, I guess" I said sadly as she ran to the car and waved goodbye.
"Was that Renneé?" April suddenly asked me.
"Yes" I answered her question as I got inside as if I didn't answered her.
"HAHAHA!" big and loud laughs were what I heard when I was about to open the door to the 'family room'.
"OH HENRY!" Daniella shouted while Henry was getting her iPhone 4 from her hand.
"Go Henry! HAHA!" Drake cheered for Henry. It was Drake who had that loud laugh.
"Henry! NOOO" Daniella shouted at his 4 year old brother again. Bad luck, her iPhone 4 dropped and it's glass screen was shattered.
Silence. I could see Daniella's face. She was about to cry but she forced not to instead, she had anger in her face.
"LOOK WHAT YOU JUST DID?!" Daniella scolded Henry.
"I'm not re-re-respon-si-si-ble" Henry told her stepsister. He tried to pronounce the word 'responsible' which he did.
"Daniella! Don't shout at him! His ears are going to burn because of your dreadful voice! *laughs*" Drake joked.
"Yeah Daniella. Accept it. It's broken" I said forcing myself not to laugh.
"Shut UP!" Daniella shouted at us.
"How about shut down? *laughs*" Drake sarcasticly said. It was kind of corny for me but I laughed though.
"Keep calm Daniella. You'll get wrinkles. Mom and dad will buy you a new like they always do" Daniella told herself.
"Ugh. Spoiled rat" I told her. It was true, even if she was the one who broke it they'll forgive her easily and replace it with a new one.
"How dare you call me a rat!? Y-y-you PIG!" she shouted at me.
"Call me anything you want. I'm not going to be one" I told her.
{ April's POV }
Melanie, my 16 year old teenage daughter. She got her dirty-blonde waves from his father.Her hazel black eyes and her sweet smile was from me. Everyone could suspect that she was mine. For me, it was the biggest mistake that I married Oliver. But when we had Melanie, I thought I was the luckiest mother in the whole world. I raised her well but me and Oliver were just not right for each other. In that whole 6 years of marriage we had, there were alot of complications, misunderstanding and fights every middle of the night. I was so stressed and depressed in those years, but everytime I saw Melanie, I smile.
I went back her in Australia to visit my family and to freshen up my mind. It was only a two month vacation but it was the best time of my life. There I met Anderson. At first we were like old friends who haven't seen each other in a long time. I spent every night in Auatraliw in his house. Until, we kissed. I knew it was wrong. I was married and I had a child. Nothing happened to us, it was one kiss but I felt I betrayed Oliver and my daughter's trust. I didn't see Anderson for a couple of days in Australia. But I couldn't resist not seeing him. In that kiss, It felt different than Oliver's. I felt a wonderful connection between us, I felt loved. Now, I was the one who kissed him. I knew and felt he was the REAL one for me. Me and Anderson decided to marry each other. Anderson had a previous relationship but his wife died when giving birth to their daughter, Daniella. But we couldn't marry each other until I filed a divorce with Oliver. I had no final decision, if I left Anderson, I know he will hate me and Melanie, Melanie, she was almost 6 back then she had a mind of her own. She would really hate me. But if I marry Anderson, I would have bright future with him ahead.
I had my decision. I sent divorce papers to Oliver in San Francisco, USA. He called me, we talked on the phone, shouts and fights were heard. The words I cam remember he told me through call was "I loved you, I know we're not a perfect couple that you can imagine but nothing's perfect. I fought with my parents to just marry you and you're the one leaving me?! My parents told me on our wedding day that you were not the right one for me, but for me you were the most imperfect, beautiful and sincere girl I have ever met. My parents were right. I'm sorry that I wasn't perfect like you're soon-to-be husband, I'm sorry if I made your life miserable. I cherished those 6 years of marriage we had. Remember, you have Melanie. Who makes you smile whenever you're sad, who's your saviour whenever we fight".
It took almost 3 years until we were divorced. I met Anderson's daughter Daniella. We had a son, Henry (now four years old).
"April are you alright?" someone talked to me.
"Oh, it's you Juleen" I said. I was teary-eyed.
"You seem like thinking something very deep. Mind sharing?" she asked me.
"I just remembered those painful years I had back then" I told her.
"It's okay. It was the past, forget about it. What you have to wait for is the near future" she adviced me.
"Thanks Juleen" I smiled.
{ end of POV }
"MOOOOOMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!" Daniella shouted.
"What is it sweetie?" April asked her.
"Henry! Look what he did!" Daniella told April as she was holding her broken iPhone. Trying to fake a cry.
"Oh. I know someone who fixes broken phones. Let's go there maybe tomorrow or the other day" April told her nicely.
"What?! What if, it's t-t-totally broken inside?!" Daniella told her. Trying to tell April to buy her a new one. April just smiled.
{ after hours of chatting with each other }
"Thank you for the wonderful time!, April." Juleen told April.
"Come again!" April told us.
