In the beginning and a dream come true

I couldn't believe it, finally I was standing at the front of a near 3 mile Que to see avenged sevenfold. It's my 19th birthday and my best friend Millie had bought me tickets to see them.

Millie and I had been waiting for about 7 hours; when finally two rather large guys came out to let us in. I gave bouncer my ticket; he checked it and gave me a nod, handing my ticket back to me. I walked into this huge center (Brighton centre to be exact) and it was completely empty. I grab Millie's hand dragging her to the front barrier just slightly right from the centre so I could see and watch synyster gates (Brian) his amazing guitar solos and his gorgeous god like face.

About half an hour later the centre was packed with starstruck youngsters waiting for A7X to come on stage. All of a sudden M.shadows walks out onto the stage with Synyster Gates, Zacky Vengeance, Johnny Christ and Arin ilejay all following. The crowed cheer so loud I couldn't hear myself think.

'Hello Brighton, you crazy motherfuckers' Matt shouts to the crowed making them scream louder. 'How y'all doing tonight?' He paused for about a second to let the crowed shout some more. 'We're gunna fuck shit up with a song I like to call a little piece of heaven!' He finishes and continues to sing.

I sang along to each and every song they played with everything I had in me.

'Unfortunately this is our final song of tonight, but it is also one of our newest, so please enjoy UNHOLY CONFESSI-' Zacky yells but then interrupted by Syn.

'Woow, hold on a second' he stops everything before Matt could begin the song. 'Didn't we have a plan?' He curiously asks the rest of the band.

'Yes, yes we did Syn' he tries to imitate what his band should of said. 'It's a very special, beautiful ladies birthday today. Her best friend has told me A LOT about her.' Syn carries on.

'Ahh yes, and we would like to invite her up on sage with us for our last song.' Matt says crouching at the edge of the stage pointing right at me.

My heart literally stopped. I couldn't feel my body, the whole room was spinning. I turn to look at Millie whom has a big smile on her face. I hug her tight before I feel two sets of hands pull me over the barrier ad lift me up to the stage; where both Matt and Syn had their hands out to help me up.

I turn around to face the crowed with Matt still holding my hand.

'So, it's your 19th birthday today Lucie?'
Matt ask me.

'Yeah it is Matt.' My hearts beating so fast at this moment in time as I stair out into the crowed of avenged sevenfold fans.

'Well you're lucky to have a best friend like Millie.' Zacky laughs.

'Yeah I know, I love her to pieces for doing this for me.' I say as Matt spins me around into Brian's direction, he grabs me by my waist and pulls me in front of him.

'Well, HAPPY FUCKING BIRTHDAY, this songs for you.' Matt screeches into the microphone sending the noise echoing through the arena.

Syn places his guitar strap over my head and whispers in my ear 'you can do the easy part, but I'll still control you.'

I smile to myself as he places a pick into my right hand, he envelopes it in his ready to strum. He places his other hand on the neck of the guitar and mine in in my pocket and we proceed to play.

I turn to look over the other side of the stage to see Zacky was smiling at me, I smile back. Every now and then Syn would push me forwards a couple step so we could sing back up in the mic.

When the song had finished Syn took his guitar from me and placed it down behind him.

'Thank you all for coming out here tonight.' Johnny yells to the still screaming crowed.
