Claire's POV

Alright.

I've spent four whole days laying in my bed drowning myself in self pity.

I'm sick of it.

Tonight is Sasha's surprise goodbye party.

I'm gonna go. I'm gonna dance. I'm gonna smile.

But mostly I'm going to drink so much fucking alcohol.

Whoop whoop.

I stood up and got in my shower letting the water turn me into a prune.

I put my wet hair in a side braid and started on my makeup.

Just simple yet elegant amount.

Now for the outfit.

Finally I decided on a black sweater that says PARIS in white and yellow shorts.

Then black heels and yellow earrings.

Lastly I pulled my hair out of the braid so it had cute waves.

Presentable.

Lets do this.





I had to arrive early to help set up.

I walked in and got a bear hug from Alyssa.

"We though you died or something" she said with a smile.

"Just got my heart brutally yanked out and smashed into a million pieces." I replied with a fake smile.

"I'm so sorry" she said sadly.

"It's ok. I'm done with boys. They suck." I smirked and walked away to go help with the lighting.

"Heyo" Luke cheered from under a DJ table.

"What the hell are you doing" I asked laying down under the table with him.

"Fixing this. Anna tried and got electrocuted a little. Her hair is pretty big. Since I'm the only one who is actually good at technology I am doing it" he sighed.

"Whoop whoop" I said with fake enthusiasm.

We both slid out and he grabbed my hand.

"Lets go set up" he said and I smiled.

He knows how to make a person feel safe and happy.

Guests started showing up one by one.

Beau, Jasmine, Anna, Jai, Luke, Alyssa, Skip, James, Abi, Delilah, Christian, and a shit ton of more people all hid behind tables and plants.

"Hello. If I'm about to be murdered please don't make it hurt" Sasha called into the building.

We all jumped out and she screamed so loud.

Louder then I've ever heard any girl scream before.

"What the hell I almost just had a fudging heart attack. Oh my god. I may have peed myself. UGH" she screeched and we all laughed.

Music blared and we all started dancing.

Except for me.

I made my way to the bar.

First shot here we go.
