Alone in the Cortex, enjoying the silence, Parker sat in the middle of the shattered glass. She picked the shards carefully, tossing them into the trashcan beside her.

"You're going to cut your hands," said Barry, leaning in the doorway.

Parker wiggled a finger at him. "Nuh-uh, stay over there, West-Allen."

"Oh, my God," groaned Barry.

Cisco, Joe, and Caitlin entering the Cortex broke the upcoming confrontation.

".... I know she was your friend and all, but homegirl has gone cuckoo bird," said Cisco.

"And now she's out there with more V-9," said Barry.

"What she doesn't know is I put a microtracker in the drug," said Caitlin cleverly.

"Brilliant," said Joe.

Cisco took a seat at the computer bench, hands flying across the keyboard. "You can run, but you can't hide."

"I'm the one to blame for all this, so I need to help fix it," said Caitlin, looking over his shoulder.

"Plent of blame to go around, Snow," said Harry, entering, "Where's her location?"

"Central City Bridge," said Cisco.

Caitlin watched the diagram on the television. A red dot, Eliza, ran back and forth across the structure. Caitlin asked why.

"Villains gonna vil," said Cisco in response.

"She's creating friction," corrected Harry.

"And at that vibration and speed..." said Caitlin.

"Complete chaos. She could destroy that whole bridge," said Cisco.

"And everyone on it," said Harry.

Barry took no longer to grab his suit and sprint to the bridge. "Guys, this bridge is coming down!"

"There's about two hundred heat signatures on that bridge," said Caitlin.

"Trajectory's too far away, you won't get to her running across the river," said Cisco.

Barry paused. "I will if I jump."

"Barry, to make that jump, you will need to go mach three-point-three, but only for a second," encouraged Harry.

"Okay."

Parker waited for a reaction from Cisco. She got it, when he yelled, "Yeah, buddy!"

"It's over, Eliza," said Barry softly, "Wait, hey! Stop doing this to yourself. You don't actually want to hurt anyone. I know you're not a bad person. It's the V-9 in your system. I also know what it feels like to want to be the best. It makes you feel like theres not enough time to accomplish things the right way, but it's a cop-out. And this is killing you. Look at yourself, Eliza, you're not well. Let us help you. Please."

Trajectory didn't listen. Her tracker showed her sprinting away from Barry. He didn't run after her. All of a sudden, she went missing. Her dot disappeared.

"Barry?" called Parker worriedly.

"The lightning, it's turning blue..."

Barry didn't know what else to do, other than return to the Cortex. He ended beside Parker, surrounded by the glass, back turned to the team. He didn't want to talk. He wanted to think.

Soon, Caitlin, Cisco, Joe, and Harry left the Cortex.

In normal speed, Parker and Barry cleaned the entirety of the glass from Caitlin's lab. Other than Parker's quiet singing, they didn't speak.
