Niall's POV:

Today is my first session or class whatever you want to call it. I wasn't really in the mood to go to a class early in the morning to talk about my problems.

Harry was already up and made breakfast for the both of us before he had to drive me to my session. Which I was super grateful for. Something good has to come out of my day.

"Nialler, we gotta go." I hopped down from one of the barstools. I puffed a large breath out before making my way to the front door. I put on my shoes a little slower trying to stall a bit. I watched as Harry grabbed his car keys off of the table near our door.

I could have drove myself there, but Harry insisted that he drove. I mean I am a adult. I can get myself to places that I need to go. He said that he wants to be there every step of the way only if it is driving me there and back.

We got in Harry's car and listen to music off of his phone for the twenty minute drive. I could see the building from a stop light we were sitting at and waiting for it to turn green. I started to get nervous and my heart was racing. I wanted to turn the car right back around and go home.

Harry pulled right up to the building putting the car in park. I started biting my nails. I did this whenever I was nervous, it is a very bad habit.

"Ni, don't be nervous. You will be just fine." He put his hand over mine lowering it down to stop me from biting my nails. "I'll be right here to pick you up when you're done."

"Can't you come with me?" I pleaded. I didn't want to go by myself and I needed Harry there for support.

"Baby, I wish I could but this is something you need to do on your own." Harry was right I needed to do this myself. This is my problem. I can't drag Harry down into it. I am trying to save my relationship and if this is what it takes to do that, then I will do just that.

"I guess you're right." I sighed.

"When am I not right?" Harry joked with a big grin on his face. His dimples like huge craters in his cheeks.

I laughed before giving him a kiss and exiting the car. I slowly walked up to the front doors of the building see lights on through the window. I huffed before pulling one of the doors open.

There was a big sign in the entry way pointing to the direction of the class. I followed the direction to where the class was. I walked down a huge hallway. The carpeting was green and the walls were bright red. I cringed.

I could hear faint voices coming from a room down at the end of the hallway. As I continued to walk closer the voices began to get louder. There was a window in the door so I could inside the room.

Chairs were put into one big huge circle. One person was talking. I assume he was the leader. Most of the chairs in the circle were filled some people seemed happy, others seemed bored, some sat up straight, and others slouched.

This is not where I wanted to be right now. I would rather still be in bed cuddling with Harry probably watching a movie and binge eating.

I watched for about twenty seconds waiting for the right time to enter. I pulled open the door and it squeaked really loud. Of course. The whole class came to a hault. Every single head turned towards me as a shuffled inside the room. The door banged behind me as a stood uncomfortably infront of it.

I dropped my head and began to have a interest in my shoes. The instructor soon brought me out of it.

"Welcome. Come join us. Feel free to sit anywhere that is open." I slowly walked over to the chair that was closest to me that was not taken. I sat down keeping my head slightly down. I was trying not to bring so much attention to myself but it seemed to not be working.

"Would like to tell us your name?" The short and skinny man asked.

"Niall." I said not even above a whisper. I surprised the man heard me.

"Well Niall I'm glad that you are here with us today. We can go around the circle and say our name and the reason we are here today."

"Hello, I'm Kathryn. I'm here today because I struggle with self harm." The girl had brown hair cut to her shoulder and black rimed glasses. She didn't look much older than myself.

"Hi, I'm Kyle. Im here today because I'm a alcoholic." Ugh, I hated that term. It made me feel worse about my situation.

We went through more people almost about half way done and it was my turn. I stared at the floor infront of me not wanting to make eye contact with anyone.

"I'm Niall. I'm here today because I have a drinking problem." I felt as though everyone was silently judging me. I hated it.

With the left side of me being empty. The girl on my right began to speak. She had long flaming red hair with green eyes. They reminded me of Harrys. I learned that her name was Samantha, but she perfers to be called Sam. She seemed really nice and also a little shy. She had been struggling with depression. I felt a little sympathy for the poor girl as she continued to talk. Once she was done talking she turned to me and gave me a small smile which I also returned.

Once everyone had introduced themselves the instructor began to talk again. For the next forty-five minutes. The session seemed to be drawing to a close.

"We are all here for the same reasons. Which is to get better. Now the next session will be just with me in my office. Some of you aren't comfortable sharing infront of others and if it's just a one on one we can get down right to the root of your problem." He smiled.

Most of the people stayed silent and some of them groaned and grunted. I honestly don't know how to feel about my next session. Guess I will just have to wait and see.

"I will see you all next week. Have a great rest of the week." I got up and out of my seat making my way towards the door. I was ready to go home.

"Hey, Niall right?" A voice chirped to the left of me. I nodded. It was the red head girl Sam.

"This seems kinda like a drag." I chuckled.

"You can say that again."

"Atleast it's only once a week." She spoke. I nodded silently agreeing with her statement.

We had reached the front doors pushing them open. A gush of wind pulled my hair slightly back. I looked for Harry's car as I continued to make small conversation with Sam. As I kept looking I spotted Harry's car in the same spot he dropped me off in.

"I gotta go my ride is here." I said.

"It was nice meeting you Niall!" she shouted louder the more I moved away.

"You too." I smiled and nodded before turning away walking the rest of the way to the car.

I swung the door open and climbed into the car shutting the door behind me.

"How was it?" Harry asked curiously.

"Fine."

"You alright?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. I just want to go home." I laid my head on the window and closed my eyes.

"Okay." Harry turned the car on putting it in driving and pulled out of the parking lot. We began our journey home.
