Niall's POV:

I woke up to movement beside me. I turned over to a stranger in bed next to me. Blond hair peeking from the covers. This wasn't Harry or Liam.

I got out of the bed in a hurry. I had no idea where I was or how I had gotten there. I was just in my underwear, I found my jeans on the floor next to the bed and slipped them on. My wallet and phone still in the pockets. I couldn't find my shirt. I searched around the room unable to find it. I had knelled down to look under the bed. A voice startled me making me jump and hit the back of my head under the bed.

"If your looking for your shirt, it's next to my dresser." A rich Irish accent broke through the silence. I got up from the floor and walked over to the dresser on the other side of the room. My shirt laid on the floor. I picked it up and put it over my shoulders and pulled it over my stomach.

"Thanks." I said finally making eye contact with the lad. He was fit from what I could could see. His ruffled blond hair and blue eyes. He was a handsome lad.

"You're welcome, Niall." He smiled.

"I'm gonna go." I used my thumb to point in the direction of the bedroom door behind me.

"Leaving so soon, love?" I needed to get out of there. It was a drunken mistake that had began to get more awkward by the second.

"Yeah. I had left my mate last night. He is probably worried." I said. The lad got up and put a pair of joggers and a shirt on before leading me out of the room. We stood in the entry way in an awkward silence.

"Call me some time." He whispered in my ear. He had gotten up and personal. I felt a little piece of paper being slipped into my back pocket. He had stepped away. I was at a loss of words. He had given me goosebumps and not in a good way.

"See ya." I gave him a small smile.

"Bye love." He shut the door behind me. I had to call a taxi to take me to Liam's.

I had arrived at Liam's place. His car was in the driveway so I knew he was home. I used the key he had given me awhile ago to let myself in.

"It's me." I hollered to let him know I was there and it wasn't an intruder.

"Living room!" I received a shouted answer. I made my way to the refrigerator anyway to grab a beer, even though I was still a little hungover. I popped off the cap and took a swig from the bottle before I made my way to the living room.

"Mate already day drinking, ay?" Liam said jokingly but still slightly judging me.

"Oh, fuck off. Just taking the edge off a little." I said as I plopped down on to the couch next to him. I signed and took another swig of my beer.

"There is other ways to take off the edge besides drinking."

"Piss off, mate. If your going to attack me, I'll just leave." I got half way up before Liam put his arm out and pushed me back down on to the couch.

"I'm done. So what the fuck happened to you last night?"

"You left me and I got wrecked. I hooked up with some guy and ended up at his place. Don't even remember the lads name. He gave me his number though." I grabbed the small piece of paper with ten little numbers written on it, then tossed it at Liam.

"Shit, mate. You gonna call him?" Liam inspected the little slip of paper.

"Not for anything serious. Liam, I was plastered. Maybe if I'm up for a quick shag I'll give him a call." I shrugged, not giving it another thought.

"Everyone needs a side chick or bloke!" He laughed at his own joke. I joined in seconds later.

"True that Liam, true that!" I took a third swig from my bottle, sinking down in my seat.
