Today we were in the squash courts, oh my gosh, they were so small. We had some new people in our class today, but we were told to focus on ourselves for the day.
We did men cuts and Waza-Geiko.
What is Waza-Geiko: Waza-Geiko is a technique practice in which the student learns to use the different techniques with a receiving partner. Either men, kote or do.
Sadly today, my men kept on getting loose and so I had to keep on tying it back on.
