Today I slept in due to being at school camp for the past four days (three of those days was a 25km hike). So instead of going to training, I went straight over to the Nara Festival. I had a look around the place, met up with a few club members and grouped up near the stage.
It's no big deal or anything, I knew that the crowd would be much bigger than the audience at school (I did a demo at school, well the sub-school). I was told of what we were doing, went off with my partner and did a few goes at what we were going to do.
We went back to the group, while just standing there and waiting, I saw two people who I met at GAMMA.CON earlier this year. Okay, back to talking about Kendo. We got to the side of the stage to get ready to go up (in full armor of course). we are then called up, our commentator called out each technique/move and defined them, most of us went off the stage so that we could let the mini match have the room/space it needs.
