Chapter 7: Baekhyun's Plan

Areum's Pov

Baekhyun oppa is a little bit weird. He keeps on telling me to stay away from Ye-Joon but when I ask him why he keeps on telling me that just follow what he said. But I need the reason why? Ye-Joon is my friend so that I can't stay away from him because Baekhyun told me to. I still need the reason why. And Ye-Joon is not that bad. And he's our employee too, I need to be friendly because if not, it can affects our business.

Every time I saw Baekhyun and every time we talk, he keeps on telling me to stay away from him, but he never said the reason why. And it keeps on bothering me. I keep on thinking about the reason why I need to stay away from Ye-Joon.

Whatever the reason is, I need to know why first.

Ye-Joon's Pov

I become closer to my co-worker and also to Areum. To be honest, I have a crush on her. But I know this is wrong. Especially she's my boss and she's already married. I just can't help it. What's wrong with me? It can't be, I can't fall in love with her. But every time she's around, I can't help but to stare. But I'm very careful because maybe his husband Taehyung will caught me staring at her, and there's a possibility that I'll lose my job because of it. And also I don't want to betray Taehyung, he's also kind to me. I don't want to hurt him and ruin their relationship. So I'll do my best, but sometimes I just can't help my feelings. It's not easy.

I also become friend to my co-worker except for Taehyung's cousin, Byun Baekhyun. He's so cold to me, only me, and to others he's friendly. I don't know why. Every time he looks at me, he always me a cold stare. Sometimes glaring at me. I don't know what I've done to him for him to do that to me. But I'm sure he doesn't like me. And I want to know why.

Baekhyun's Pov

It upsets me to see Areum hanging around with that Ye-Joon, I told her so many times. It's been 2 weeks since I told her to stay away from Ye-Joon, and everyday I always told her about it. I can't tell the reason why because she'll think that it's just me. Also I didn't ask Ye-Joon about this. Maybe I'll ask him. But I'm 99.9% sure that he wants Areum more than just a friend. I can feel it.

I won't let him hurt my cousin. He can't take Areum away from Taehyung. I'll make sure of it. I also doesn't like him when I first met him. I always act so cold to him. Sometimes I glare at him. I know that he notice it too, but I don't care.

I saw him, he was about to go home when I stop him.

Me: Stop right there.

He looks at me.

Ye-Joon: What is it?

Me: Can I ask something?

Him: Sure, what is it?

Me: Do you love Areum? Or do you have a feelings towards her? Be honest, don't ever lie to me. Why are you always staring at her?

Him: No it's just...

Me: Just? What? I knew it, you like her do you? More than a friend?

He nod. I can see that he's nervous.

Me: Good to know that you didn't lie. It's okay to like her, but control your feelings, don't be too obvious. Even Chanyeol notice it too. And don't ever steal her away from him. He's good he's a monster when he gets angry. So you better not to take his girl away from him. Understand?

He look down and nod. I smirk and before I leave

Me: Also, don't make me angry, I'll do everything just for you to get out of this company once I knew that you want to steal her away from him, from us. So don't ever do anything or else.... Goodbye.

I leave him there. I'm happy because I did what's right. Now my doubts is true. He loves Areum not just as a friend, but more than that. I don't want Taehyung to be hurt. I know how much he loves Areum. Areum is very important to him and he'll do anything just for her. I know if Areum leave him because of Ye-Joon, it will affect his family, not only his family, also my family and their business.

Right now, I need to know if he'll continue his plan or just find another girl. I need to know his plan. I don't care if I'm a stalker or whatever, but I don't want him to ruin Areum and Taehyung's relationship. I will never let that happen. Right now, I need to tell Chanyeol about this, and also I need to talk to Suho hyung to get some advice.
