So this is an AU that my irl friend help me make! This AU is about how Chat has been deaf all his life and Ladybug is frustrated because she can't talk to him normally... Yeah this will probably contain a lot of angst (me: wow way to start your first one shot in this book Liz 🙄) but don't worry! It will have some fluff! Enjoy~

Chat's POV~

The world has always been a big blur to me. I've been through this hell, and you know, I honestly don't understand why everyone is so cruel.

The kids at school that tease and ridicule me for being deaf. It's a good thing I can't hear them...But what ticks me off the most is that people pity me for it. I can function clearly.

Hell, I'm even a SUPERHERO! Saving Paris with Ladybug.

I don't deserve her...

She learned how to sign for me. And I'm trying to learn how to talk. I want to converse with her. I want to hear her voice.

But no matter what, I can't do it. I can't hear my own voice, rendering it useless. But I love her so much. I'll keep trying.

~Ladybug's POV~

I try so hard to talk to him. I want to get to know him more. I want to talk to him like an actual human being dammit!

Life isn't fair for giving Chat this kind of disability. I think I'm starting to get... Feelings for chat.

And not the "friends love each other" kind of feelings... The ones I have for Adrien Agreste. I feel like I'm playing with both their emotions.

I don't like this at all! I'm in love with Adrien but Chat Noir... Can I also love him while loving another?
