"Come on Phareh. Please share the toy with Dena." Sunni says, the feeling of pity surrounding him.

What he was seeing at the moment was truly sad. There weren't enough toys to entertain the children. One of the few days is a worn-out rag doll and it won't at all satisfy the children. The kids deserved all the toys they desired but there is no way the orphanage could afford such expense. The poor girls had to fight over a single measly rag doll.

The 21-year old just came from a long search for a job. He unfortunately wasn't successful in his job search. He was frustrated, he never thought looking for a single work would be so difficult. Well, it was only his first day. The determined young man was getting quite desperate. He was dedicated to providing the well-behaved children, whatever the orphanage couldn't give them. Phareh and Dena happily shared the ragged doll together, which made Sunni proud and gave him some uplifting spirit.

The petite young man with an exhausted sigh walked wearily to his tiny room. He placed his sewed too many times satchel bag near his bed. It was only afternoon and even though he was tired, it was his obligation to help around the orphanage. He first has to help Manti in the garden. Then, clean around to cook for everyone.

He walks down the close narrow hallway, turning to his left, finally reaching the bathroom to wash his hands. Walking towards the small backyard garden, Sunni makes sure to dodge the two distracted toddler boys. Their running and giggling makes Sunni display a warm-hearted smile. He opens the annoying creaking door, leading to the fresh garden. He enters the neat garden, filled with a few vegetables and a couple of trees bearing ripened fruit.

Sunni inhales then exhales on the planet fresh air, making him relax. Then, he gaze at the sky, the lavender coloured sky in its luminous and enchanting, it makes Sunni feel at peace. Manti didn't notice the youthful man near her, until he calmly greets her. The old woman with a slight hunch back glanced at Sunni, offering him a warm smile. While returning to pick vegetables needed and placing it in the raggedy basket, she said

"Welcome Sunni. No need for your help today, I can manage myself. You look completely exhausted. Why don't you rest and remember what I said about actually leaving here, my child. Try to fend off your own, please go live your life and experience new things. We can't have you always taking care of us and trying so hard at that."

Sunni is the senior to the rest of the children as their age group is around 6-10. So, when a person turns 18, it is known at the orphanage for them to leave. Whatever the means, Sunni wouldn't leave the place that he calls home.

"Oh don't say that, Man Man. I don't find any wrong to not repay you back for raising me. I love everyone here at the orphanage. I know most people already left to live their live on their own but I can't possibly imagine leaving." Manti doesn't say anything else.

Awkward silence dwells between the old mother figure until Sunni broke it and asked her what is everyone going to eat for lunch.

They prepared a simple meal for the 15 children and it was pretty obvious that the Gunlan soup didn't fulfill their hunger. They didn't complain because they already know that they didn't deserve all of this.

Before Sunni even think of taking a nap, he makes sure all the kids are ready to take their afternoon sleep. When he is done, he finally rests his drained body on top of the old wooden bed. Him, knowing that he will sleep until the next day, hope and wish tomorrow he would be fortunate and find a proper job with a fair pay.
