"Is it normal to feel this nervous when you're committing a crime?" Drake asks when we head into the airport. Laura rolls her eyes and says,"we're not committing a crime we're just .... bending the rules a little bit." "Right... and hey, what's with you and that rolling your eyes thing? It's getting on my nerves," Drake says. Laura of course rolls her eyes again.
It's a pretty big airport, but the lines are of course long, very, very long. And there's only about three gift shops, isn't that just terrible, what kind of airport is this?!
"Hey, isn't that Vanessa and her sisters in front of the line?" Piper asks as we get in the very back of the line. "Do you think they see us?" I ask. "No and even if they do see us, they definitely don't recognize us,"Laura says.
After a billion boring hours of waiting, we finally get in the very front of the line. "Tickets please," says the young worker. Laura hands the worker our tickets. I'm holding Drake's hand and he's sweating a lot and when I say a lot, I mean a lot. I can't believe he's this nervous!
The worker looks at the tickets for a very long time. Does he know the tickets are fake? Is he going to call the cops? Now I understand how drake feels, I'm so nervous! The worker smiles and then puts the tickets down and just stares at Laura for a very, very long time. "I hope you guys and your pretty friend enjoy Hawaii," the worker finally says still staring at Laura. Oh my gosh, he so likes Laura!!! This is amazing!
As my friends walk towards the plane, I quickly run back to the the worker. "Hey, that pretty girl back there, her name is Laura and this is her number,"I say. "Thanks, I'll call her later,"He says smiling."By the way if you brake her heart I'll hunt you down and kill you myself, " I say. He then starts laughing and says,"I promise I won't break her heart."
I then say good bye and go catch up with my friends. I am so happy for Laura!!! And now Laura and I can have double dates together like I've always wanted! Can this day get any better?
