Join S.H.I.E.L.D.?

It happened again, Amber was locked up in a cell, but this time, Hydra agents weren't standing on the other side of the bars instead Fury stood in their place. Amber was chained to the ground.

"This is necessary?" Amber asked as she lifted her chains. 

"Very"

See that there was nothing much she could do, she sat down on the cold floor, "How did you find me?" 

"Agent Maximoff."

Amber looked at Fury, with her  head tilted a little. They started at each other until a smile appeared on Amber's face as she broke  eye contact. 

"You have to be a little bit clear than that, Director. Who are you talking about seeing that there's  a lot of Maximoffs running around nowadays," 

"My Sister." Came a voice from behind Fury. Billy and Tommy came walking  into view and stood right next to Fury. Seeing that the twins were here to discuss  unfinished  business with Amber he left. Amber raised her eyebrow.

"Never knew you had a sister, thought your mother went crazy after she lost you two." 

"Don't speak like that about her, she's been through a lot unlike you."

Amber smiled, "Hydra was right about the two of you," She got up from the floor and walked as close as she could before the chains prevented her from going any further. 

"Right about what?" Tommy asked as he got closer to the glass cell. The two looked at each other with hatred in their eyes. Amber decided to ignore his question as her eyes landed on Billy. 

"What do you want?" She asked coldly. 

"Information."

"You're getting nothing from me."

 "We know."

Amber looked at Billy with confusion, "Then why are you here?" 

"Join S.H.I.E.L.D."

Amber started laughing until she finally realized they weren't joking, "Wait, you're serious?"

"More than I have ever been." Billy walked into her cell and started to take her chains off. Amber watched him as he took off the heavy chains that prevent her from leaving this darn place. She then looked up at Billy  curiosity, "Why?"

He hummed in response. 

"Why do you want me in S.H.I.E.L.D.?" 

Billy grabbed her hand and started to walk her out of the cell, "I have something planned and I need you in order for it to  work."
