Chapter 3 of Last Night
What a day. School is finally done with for the day and I'm home. On my bed. My comfy, warm bed.
Just as i was about to drift off to sleep, i heard knocks on the front door. Me being a scaredy cat, called Courtney just to make sure I'm talking to some one if i get murdered. You know.
"Courtney. Some ones knocking on the door. I'm scared." I said in a quiet voice like some one is gonna hear me.
"Oh gee. I wonder who it could be." She said in a sarcastic tone. "Me too...no one but Autumn or you comes over at this time of day. It's not Autumn because she said she was going to work. It's not you because I'm talking to you. Hmm." I said to Courtney. Still, in a quiet voice.
"Emily for crying out loud open the door!" Courtney screamed through the phone. I hung up without saying any thing and went downstairs to the door. I seen Courtney through the window with what looked like, a Zayn Malik by her side.
What do they possibly want? I opened the door and Courtney stood there and stared at me like i had a blonde moment. Which..i did. And Zayn stood there with a big cheesy smile on his face almost like he was forced to smile.
They walked in and as i was shutting the door someone stopped it. I slowly opened it back up to Niall blushing. "Oh. Erm..sorry. I wasn't paying attention." Niall said apologizing. I didn't mind.
"So...what are you guys up to?" I said walking to the kitchen to get food out. I know how guys are. Plus i was hungry.
"Nothing. We're bored and i wanted to come over and Zayn didn't want to go home alone so he invited Niall over just as i was picking him up." Courtney said in a kind of tired voice.
"Well i was just about to watch Nemo. You guys can if you want." I said.
Yes. I'm a 18 year old girl that loves watching Nemo. "Nemo sounds fine. Nothing wrong with that!" Niall said laughing. Gosh. He's so cute. Why can't he marry me? Like, right here right now. "Seriously? Nemo? That came out, what? 16 years ago? That's a kids movie Emi-" "if you don't want to watch Nemo, then leave." I interrupted Courtney, pointing to the door. "Fine." She said sighing.

"Eeeeeeeek!!" I squealed right in the middle of the movie.
"Emily! You said you wanted to watch this, now watch it!" Courtney screamed at me. "But Louis just asked Autumn to be his girlfriend!! That's so sweet!!" I said back. "Can we discuss this after the movie?" Courtney said in a frustrated voice.
"Jesus. For some one who didn't want to watch it so bad sure is throwing a fit about it now." I thought to myself because i knew if i said it out loud, she would get up and leave.

"Bye Courtney! Bye Zayn! Bye Nia-" i was saying as Niall interrupted me by asking "can you show me the bathroom?"
I said nothing and started walking to the back of the house. Once we disappeared behind the wall of the hallway, i felt Niall grab my waist. What's he doing? Should i scream? No? Yes? I don't kn- "sshhh.." Niall hushed in my ear as he brought me closer to him. Please tell me he isn't a mind reader. "It's okay Emily. I'm not gonna do any thing bad to you." He said assuring me. "Oh okay. I was taken aback for a second. Sorry." I said to him as i turned to face him.
His eyes were so blue. His hair was so perfect. His nose was just so cute. And his lips. Oh man. I wanted to kiss him so bad right now, words can't even explain how bad i want to. I wonder if he's a good kisser? Probably. "Erm...uh...can i ask you something?" Niall said pulling me out of my thoughts. "Of course. Anything." I said smiling.
He looked down and muttered something almost too fast for me to understand. "Niall.." I said raising his head up with my finger to his chin. What am i doing?! I've never done anything like this before! What the hell! Hey..i kinda like it.
"W-what?" He stuttered.
"Can you ask it again. I didn't understand you. I-i couldn't hear you." I said even though i knew exactly what he had asked. "W-will you be my..my girlfriend?" He said looking down again.

"Niall mate! Come on! We don't have all day you know!" I heard Zayn about from the living room.
How long had we been back there? Like, seriously. At least 10 minutes. Maybe even 15. Oh well. It was worth it. And by that i mean saying yes to Niall asking me to he his girlfriend and then kiss a couple times and talk and kiss, yeah. Totally worth it.
"Sorry Zayn. Something happened and...yeah ill explain later." Niall said to Zayn as they walked out of the house. "Courtney. Aren't you leaving?" I said. Really confused at the moment.
"Tell me everything. Tell me a little slow so i can type it to Autumn."
What the crap was she talking abo-oh yeah. Me and Niall. But how does she know?
"Zayn told me what Niall was gonna do when he asked where the bathroom was because he had to pee." Courtney said emphasizing the word 'pee'.
What is it with people and reading my mind? Do i say/ask my thoughts out loud and not know?
"Oh. Okay. Umm...well first he grabbed my waist then asked me to be his girlfriend. After that we kissed and talked about random stuff and kissed some more." I said. Very genuine.
"Really? That's all? The whole 20 minutes you guys were back there, that's all you did?" Courtney said. Apparently not pleased with my answer.
"What? Did you expect me to say we had a makeover session for 10 minutes then we rode away on horses to Narnia and came back and made-out for the rest of the time?" I said in a loud voice. Yes. I was getting upset. I don't like to talk about stuff like that.
"It's better than what you just told me!" She shouted back at me.
"Well I'll detail it better than that later. I need food. My insides are eating each other. Plus i have to send it to Autumn since you didn't." I said in a calmer voice pointing to the kitchen and her phone. "Okay. Fine. Lets go some where's and eat. I'm sure you don't have anything here." Courtney said getting up off the couch
"i have food here! What makes you think i don't?!" I shouted at what looked like a 95 pound girl.
"You're skinny. I weigh more than you." She said grabbing my keys and throwing them at me.
"Yeah right. Says the one that weighs 95 and i weigh 120." I said finally getting up. "Whatever. Just come on."
