Marinette is secretly an alicorn from Equestria, and her "parents" are guards that used magic to disguise themselves as her parents. Her name in Equestria is Lucky Ladybug but everyone calls her Lady Luck. She is sent back to Equestria, but somehow the majority of her class slips through the portal after seeing her go through and she has to show them around Equestria, after landing at her palace.
