A hectic case causes a reveal in Spencer's identity when an unsub turns out to be a hunter dead set on killing Spencer.
Or: Spencer Reid is the runaway Prince of Hell, and Crowley's son, and has been in the same body since the 'original' was seven, and he's been trying to live 'human' since his arrival. This plan is ruined via hunters, but it's fine, just dandy, because Team Free Will is here to help stop the rogue hunter, his dad is trying and failing to get him to come back, and his team is about as confused as can be (that doesn't stop them trying to help).
Basically, Spencer is a demon, hunters tend to hate him, TFW just wants to help, Crowley is like a middle aged dad, and the team just want the case to end so they can go home.
