Finally Meeting Grandma

*Aussie’s POV*

We had just gotten off the plane and were in a car headed to a mansion.  All of us came too. There was Grace and Adam and their kids, Harry and Skyler and their kids and mates, Blake and Krysta and their kids, Niall and I and our kids and mates plus Calum, Liam and Emma and their kids, Ally and Louis and their kids, and Zayn and Perrie and their kids.  There was one car for each family except for us. Since we had the most amount of people with us we had a two separate large SUV things. Calum and David were in one with Niall and I and Starr, Strom, and their mates were in one together. And Dustin, Dalton, and their mates were in one together. God there’s a lot of people in my family.

We had just pulled up to a large mansion. Like it was seriously huge. There was butler looking guys that had started to open the car doors for everyone too. Once everyone had gotten out and gathered together we were led inside and stopped in the foyer type room thing.

“Good evening everyone. I am Jack, assistant to the queen. She is running behind and will be with you shortly. In the mean time I will lead you to the sitting area. Would anyone like refreshments?”  A really proper guy asked.

“Do you have any beer?” My lovely brother asked. The guy nodded and ushered one of the butlers to go get some. A few seconds later he came back with a bottle of beer sitting on top of a platinum tray. It was kinda funny looking.  Mr. Proper Jack nodded to himself.

“Please welcome, her majesty Queen Tyler.” He said and  bowed.

“Fuck Jack, how many times do I have to say don’t introduce me like that. It’s annoying.”  A girl that looked to be a little bit older than me walked into the room. She had long blonde hair and gray eyes walked into the room,  “Holy shit, this is my family? It’s huge!”

“Uh, if I may,” Adam said and stepped forward. My other siblings and I stepped forward as well, “We are your grandchildren. The others are our mates, children, and a few friends.” He said.

“Oh, yeah, it’s nice to meet you all. You’re Adam, Austin, Skyler, and Blake right?” She asked as she pointed to each of us. We nodded as she went by, “I’ll get to know everyone in a little bit. But for now can I talk to you two and Grace and David and Gabriel privately?” She asked. We nodded together and the three stepped forward. She motioned for us to follow her then led us up a maze of stairs and hallways.

*an hour later*

We had just discussed what was going on with Grace’s visions and about Zayn and David. We still didn’t know how it involved Zayn and David. We were about to walk out of her office when she stopped us.

“I need to talk to David privately.” She said. He looked at me and I nodded then he walked back towards her desk.

*David’s POV*

I sat down across from my grandma. She was actually really gorgeous.

“I would like to talk to you about your life.” She said and I nodded, “First off is that you have to watch what you do. There are many things that could cause you to die but of course you will be reborn. There will always people out to kill you too even though they might not know what you are. Therefore you have to watch who you let into your life. Another thing is about mates. Most people with phoenix blood do not find mates but there are few, very few, who do find their mate, most of the time the mate also has phoenix blood. So there may be a chance where you don’t have a mate. I have survived almost 300 years without a mate by my side.” She said, “You might be the small percent that has a mate that doesn’t have phoenix blood. But there is one thing that you must be aware of if you do.” She said very seriously.

I nodded listening very careful to her.

*Aussie’s POV*

About fifteen minutes later David and Tyler both came down the stairs. David looked absolutely terrified too.  He sat down on one of the seats beside me and Tyler sat in front of us.

“So, I’ve decided that I would help you with all of this. I know it’s going to be a lot of work but we can do this. I’ll be going back with you to England.”  She said simply.

 “That’s great! Thank you very much!” Adam jumped up and smiled. Tyler had someone pack her bags for her and we were off again to the airport.

*hours later*

Once again we were home. David really didn’t talk the whole plane ride back home but he looked to be lost in his own thoughts.  

“Aussie do you want to come up for a nap?” Niall asked me as we walked into the house.

“No, I’m kinda hungry. Can you make me a cake?” I asked him. He looked at me like I had three heads.

“You want a cake? What kind of cake?” He asked and I walked into the kitchen.

“Red Velvet I think. Oh wait no I want a chocolate cake.” I said and giggled jumping slightly up and down. Calum then walked in and looked at me weird.

“Are you ok?”

“Mmhmm,” I said and looked through the fridge. I was really hungry.

“Cravings?” I heard Calum asked Niall.

“Yep, when she was pregnant with the quints she had Harry make her a full cake and chicken with mashed potatoes.”  He chuckled.

“Shut up,” I grumbled and pulled out a thing of chocolate frosting.
