CHAPTER 19

AANYA'S POV.

I woke up in my comforters wrapped around me. This always happens with me. It took almost 5 mins to get out of there with my reluctance to get up and start a new day and go to office. I took ½ hr shower, let the hot water soothe the pain away. I closed my eyes and relaxed.

While getting ready I was only hoping that I don't come across Kaden for one more day. Today m gonna fix a meeting with him for tomorrow. All I had to do was go to office, avoid any calls or msgs from Kaden and ask Scarlet to inform him about the meeting tomorrow. But first I had to stop at Sapphire's café and talk to her.

I reached Sapphire's café and ordered my regular. Sapphire came out from the back office and dragged me there.

"Neah!! Why didn't you tell me about Sarah? Did that bitch hurt you? Should I plan on killing her soon?" She asked. That's why I love her so much. She didn't get angry at why I told Ben 1st and not her. Ben must have told her about Sarah.

"No Saph. You don't need to. Its just that it was a shock to see her Kaden kissing. She was actually giving me challenging look while doing it. You know even if I don't want to accept it Kaden does play a important role in my life. Even though I hated him, I cant really look at him and another women together. It hurts. And we are talking Sarah here." I said breathing heavily and stopped myself from crying. I told her everything just like I did to Ben eliminating the fact that I was crying.

"You know darling, I never understand how can you still have feeling for that ass. But its your choice sweetie and remember, I will always be by your side no matter what you choose. I love you girl." She said and hugged me. I smiled at her words. Ben and Sapphire are the best friends God had blessed me with.

"I love you too Saph. Now I will take a leave. Ill see you soon. Byee. I said and kissed her before leaving her office and going to the front and bumped into some1. I looked up to find none other than Zack standing there and looking at me with a raised eyebrow. I frowned at him but realized that he must be knowing about me ignoring Kaden. So with a small smile I hurriedly left the place and went to my office building.

Phew! I have been done with 2 meetings, no scratch that, 2 long meeting and with much more arguments. It was already 3 and I hadn't had my lunch. So I asked Scarlet to get me Chinese take away. I had my next meeting in ½ hr, so I had to eat super fast and within ½ hr I was ready to go for it.

Meeting started at 3.30 sharp. And its been 1 hr since then. We have discussed almost every aspect that is there to cover in this meeting. So I was more than happy to wrap this up and start with the new project's design and concepts. Well my cell had been vibrating rapidly so I had decided to switch it off. Kaden had been calling me and sending me msgs. So I just had to switch it off and deal with it after this meeting.

Just as I was going through the final points of the project, the conference rooms door opened with force and it banged loudly. I looked up from the two clients to see it was a very angry looking Kaden standing there. My eyes must be size of saucers. Shit! He actually came here.?

Scarlet came after him running, "Mr. Ford, you cant enter the meeting room. Please come outside."

"I need to talk to Aanya, Scarlet. You may leave." He said, all the while looking at me with angry yet calm face. Scarlet looked at me looking scared. I gave her a nod, and she left.

"Kaden am in a middle of something, I would appreciate if you could wait-" I started speaking but he cut me off and said.

"Aanya I am not leaving this room until I talk to you. So don't even try" Kaden came and stood to my left where I was giving the presentation.
