"I've got a long list of ex lovers, they'll tell you i'm insane" my alarm clock sang. I rolled over and turned it off. I wasn't as tired as I normally was. I got up and smiled, and I was excited to see Lucas, I don't know why he just really made me happy, and plus I was getting a free lunch. I got up and hopped into the shower. In the shower I began to sing Fearless  by Taylor swift, and almost slipped cause I was getting really into it. Once I was done, i got out and put on a really cute sundress that I had been wanting to wear but never had the courage to wear it. I felt really confident today. I walked downstairs and Kyle was already eating at the table. 

"Hey Kyle" I said with a smile and grabbed a bowl of cereal and sat down next to him. 

"What;s with you?" He asked, "You're all cheerful"

"Is it wrong for me to be in a good mode?" I said sarcastically. 

"Okay then" He said and went on with eating his cereal. 

I finished My cereal and next thing you know it was time to catch our bus. I grabbed my bag and Kyle followed behind me. We began walking to our bus and I saw Maddy coming towards me. 

"Hey!" I Shrieked as she ran up to me and gave me a hug.

"Hey!" She said with a huge smile.

"Good to see you feeling better, I missed you yesterday!" I said.

"Awe, missed you too" she said, "But I heard you got detention yesterday?"

"Umm yeah, I may or may not have slapped Lucas for telling everyone I was a virgin" I mumbled. 

"wait what?" Kyle shrieked. 

"Well as you both know, I hate when people joke about me not having a boyfriend so, it just sort of happened" I mumbled. 

"Wait.. You're not telling me something" Maddy said, oh she knew me too well. 

"Well I was mad at Lucas, but in detention, he told me the only reason he told everyone was because he was just really surprised" I rambled on about, "And then he called me beautiful and then he really did want to go out with me, so i don't know, I just had to forgive him"

"Awe Cute!" Maddy said with a cheerful voie.

"Yea, and he's buying me lunch today!" I shrieked. 

"Already dating? Damn first boyfriend!" Maddy laughed. 

"No not yet, we have a date this saturday, so I won't know till then" I explained, Maddy's eyes lit up with excitement.

"YOUR FIRST DATE?!" She squealed. My smile glowed on m face and Maddy gave me a hug. 

"Yeah, I'm really excited." I said. 

"So officially over Danny?" She asked, I sighed. 

"I guess so" I said and our bus arrived and took us to school.

When we got to school, Vennessa and Sarah were waiting for us, Kallie was out for a volleyball game. 

"GUESS WHO's GOT A DATE" I said with excitement. 

"OH MY GOSH" They all squealed. We walked up to my locker and Lucas was waiting for me. They all started giggling, and my cheeks were turning red. 

"Guys ssshh" I said as we got closer to my locer, and Lucas looked over at me and smiled. 

"Well we are going to Maddy's Locker, see you later Lisa" Sarah said and they all walked off and I rolled my eyes and walked up to Lucas. 

"hey lucas" I said with a smile. 

"Hey, How have you been beautiful" He said and I blushed. 

"Pretty good" I said and grabbed what I needed from my locker. 

"I'm excited for our date Saturday" He said and I smiled, and closed my locker. 

"Me too" I mumbled. 

"By the way you honestly look beautiful today" I said and a huge smile grew on my face. 

"Thanks" I mumbled. We started walking to class and he held my hand. My heart started racing, no guy has ever held my hand before. Everyone stared at us as we walked by, but I didn't care. I was just happy, I was holding hand with Lucas. 

"Whoa wait!" Kalen shrieked as we walked into class hand in hand. He let go of my hand and we went to our seats. 

"What?" Lucas said. 

"You two? She slapped you yesterday and now you two are holding hands? What happened in detention?" He shrieked and I laughed. 

"Nothing, we just talked, and turns out she's just as amazing as I hoped she was." Lucas said, and smiled and looked over at Lucas. 

"Lisa, I promise this guy will treat you right, I know he really likes you" Kalen Said. I didn't know if i could believe him just yet, I wouldn't know till Saturday, but at the moment Lucas and I just felt right.
