Shawn and Katy's Engagement

Chapter 5

A few months later it was the day of Shawn and Katy's wedding.

"Topanga, I'm so nervous." Katy said while she was finishing up getting ready.

"Katy, everything will be fine. It's just jitters. I was the same way when I got married to Cory."

"Are you sure?" Katy asked looking nervous.

"Absolutely Katy, trust me everyone goes through this." Topanga said giving Katy a hug.

In Shawn's dressing room, he was walking around nervously.

"Cory, I am so nervous. Were you this nervous when you married Topanga?" Shawn asked.

"Of course I was Shawn, trust me man. Everyone goes through this." Cory said.

"Well since everyone gets nervous. I guess it's no big deal." Shawn said smiling to himself.

Later that day, it was time for the reception.

"I can't believe we're husband an wife now. I never would have thought that in a million years I would get married again." Katy said as she started to cry.

"Katy, you don't deserve someone who is gonna leave you when they get scared. I would never do that to you or Maya." Shawn said.

"I know that Shawn, I know that when you leave it's for work, but you always come back and you let Maya call you whenever she has a problem. And even when you don't answer, you always call her back as soon as you can." Katy said smiling at Shawn.

"Well, I won't be leaving for work anymore." Shawn said looking at Katy as they danced.

"What do you mean? Did you get another job?" Katy asked.

"Yes I did, I got a job working for New York Times and I get to work from home."

"Oh my gosh Shawn, that's awesome." Katy said as she jumped into his arms.

"When do you want to tell Maya?" Katy asked.

"Let's tell her after the honeymoon. Unless she asks before that."

It was a few hours later when Katy and Shawn were on the plane heading to Paris for their honeymoon.

"I can't believe we're going to Paris. And have a whole week to be in each others arms." Katy said smiling at Shawn giving him the look.

"Well, how about we start when we get to the hotel." Shawn said as he rubbed his hand up and down her thigh.

It had been for hours later when they landed in Paris and they went to the hotels couldn't wait any longer.

"Well Mrs. Hunter, let's do this." Shawn said as he moved his hands up Katy's shirt.

"Oh Shawn, that was amazing." Katy said breathless.

"Well, I for one can't wait to do it again." Shawn said as he put his hand on her stomach and kissed her.
