Shawn and Katy's Engagement

Chapter 4

The next day, Topanga and Riley went with Katy and Maya to look for some dresses.

"What do you think of this dress guys?" Katy asked walking out of the dressing room.

"You look just like Cinderella mom." Maya said smiling at her mom.

"Thanks Maya." Katy said smiling at Maya turning towards the mirror and loved the dress that she had on.

"I love this dress, it looks just like the dress that Cinderella wore in the movie. Except a little bit smaller in the skirt." Katy said as she started to get teary eyed.

Maya and Riley picked out their dresses and they loved them as well. While they were paying for the dresses, Cory, Shawn, and Auggie were paying for their tuxes.

"I'm so excited toget married Cory. And to be Maya's dad. Even though I'll be her step-dad, I'll be one that she deserves to have in her life." Shawn said smiling about his life with Katy and Maya.

"I know you'll be a great dad to Maya Shawn. And that you'll be the kind of dad she deserves." Cory said smiling at Shawn and putting his hand on his shoulder.

"Thanks Cory, that means a lot." Shawn said to Cory.

"Daddy, when Uncle Shawn marries Maya's mom. Does that mean that Katy will be my aunt and Maya will be my cousin?" Auggie asked looking up at Cory.

"Well, in a way yeah buddy, they will." Cory said to Auggie putting a hand on his son's shoulder.
