I spent half of my night crying. Crying because I was hurt by Derrick and Jakari.

Jakari kissed me knowing that I had a boyfriend and Derrick took it the wrong way.

How could so much drama happen in the 2 weeks we dated? It makes no sense.

I held Derrick's Columbia jacket close to me. Tears fell from my face again. How could I get so obsessed over a guy that is way out of my league?

Aaron and my mom came in my room. I quickly shoved Derrick's jacket under the sheets.

"Harmony? Are you ok?" Aaron asked with a sad face.

"Yes, I'm fine." I rolled my eyes.

"Harmony, Kennedy told me what happened." My mom sighed.

Fucking Kennedy.

"Well yeah, that's why I'm sad. So, I'll feel better if I just sit and think." I mumbled and got under the covers.

Aaron sighed and he and my mom exited my room.

"Your friends are here!" My mom yelled.

Kennedy texted me.

"Answer the fucking door 😤"

Confused, I went downstairs to open the door and there was Kennedy and Trevor.

Kennedy gave me a hug and almost squeezed the life out of me.

"What's all this for?" I asked.

"I'm just so sorry. This incident has made us all mad and I just don't want to loose my best friend." Kennedy sighed.

"I'm not mad. I'm just upset. But, not at you you have nothing to do with this." I rambled.

She nodded and I offered them to come and take a seat. Of course they cuddled on the couch so, I sat in the recliner.

"So enough about me, what about you guys?" I smirked.

They couldn't take their eyes off of each other. It was making me sick to my stomach.

Trevor smirked and he kissed Kennedy full on the lips. I was just uncomfortable so I went to the kitchen where mom and Aaron was.

"So are you feeling better, boo?" My mom rubbed my shoulder.

"Yeah mom. I'm fine." I scratched the nappy beginnings of my box braids.

"Well, since your still in that mood kind of I won't drag you to the grocery store." My mom smiled.

"But I have to go." Aaron whined.

"Oh shut up, boy! I'll buy you a bag of chips." She said exiting the kitchen through the back door.

"I'm in." Aaron's expression changed. "Harmony close the garage, will ya?"

I flashed him a thumbs up and waited until my mom backed out to close the garage.

I went back to the living room to see Trevor and Kennedy in this full make out session.

"Ew. Guys. Get a fucking room!" I rolled my eyes.

I needed to get my mind off of things so I went upstairs to take a hot shower. I was going to take my braids out anyways so I didn't bother putting my hair in a bun.

I just turned on the water and got in. The water drops felt so relaxing on my back and surprisingly relieved some of my stress.

Right until I heard the doorbell rang.

I sighed and got out, quickly drying myself off and putting on some basketball shorts and some random shirt.

The person just kept ringing the doorbell.

"Alright, alright! Here I come." I yelled.
Kennedy and Trevor were too busy sucking each other's faces to answer the door.

I opened the door to see Derrick.

"Derrick? What are you doing here? I thought you broke up with me." I asked, quite surprised.

"No. I mean..yes. But, I can't stop thinking about you. About who was going to treat you better than I did? Who was going to send you goodnight text." He said, grabbing my hands softly.

"I missed you, kitten." He kissed my cheek.

My legs almost went weak when he said that.

He kissed me on my lips, picking me up and caring me to my room.

He softly laid me on my bed and smirked at me.

"Wait, are you ready for this?" He asked looking at me.

I nodded. I just needed him right now.

He slipped off his sweatpants and in his boxers was a throbbing bulge.
