Lyra's POV
I walked far away that I walked past the city limits sign. I stopped and looked back at the city, and then at the phone in my hand. I had 30 missed calls, one was from an unknown number and the rest from skyla. I then started a walk back to my house. Eyeing the bowtie around my neck, and then the key. I silently begged it to glow. Passing through the streets I was just a casual person, going home. But if one looks deeper I'm setting up for a bit change, a change for the better. Entering my house I sighed and let my head rest of the back of the front door. I already felt the changes starting, but I'm not sure to really go with it. I took the necklace and bow off and grabbed a fruit snacks bag from the kitchen. I then headed to my room. When I sat down at my desk, my phone went off again. It was from that random number I saw. I answerd it. "I swear to god if your a sells person-" I was cut off. "Oi! Shut it! Is this Lyra?" I herd Clara say. Now I was confused, why would Clara be calling me, better question is how did she get my number? "Listen I don't know how time calling works, so how long ago did the doctor leave you?" She asked hurriedly. "Today, why. Why is that so important?" She sighed sadly. "I need advice, how to deal with a new doctor. He's about to change, and I'm not sure how to feel." She said. "Yeah? Well neither did I but I learned it's like falling in love all over agian. If you stay long enough for three, than you'll have your favorite." I stopped as what she just said just processed in my mind. I stood up. "He went to trensalore!? That's why he left me....." In the note it explained how if I went there would have been all sorts of things trying to kill the doctor, and if I was there I would've been a bonus to them.
