Breakfast was delicious. Blueberry pancakes, bacon, eggs, and orange juice made me feel comfortable. Asyrd ate slowly, guess he didn't have much or an appetite. You know it was weird how we needed blood to live but food made you feel full. It's not blood could really make you less hungry, food did that for us. It's complicated, but really we needed both.

"I'm surprised you haven't asked a single question for the pass... ten minutes", he spoke checking his watch. I swallowed the eggs that I had stuffed in my mouth.

"I just want to make sure I don't make you regret my staying here with more questions then I could think about", I replied, wiping my mouth with an napkin. He slid his plate aside.

"It's okay. Since most of your questions will be intertwined with my story I'll tell you what happened and how I found you. Will that be okay", he asked.

"Yes", I answered and slid my plate away as well. He cleared his throat.

"About four months and a few weeks ago I was invited to a Ball by my brother. Or course I went because we were close and I was interested in his new little group of followers. His daughter June Silver is a rebellious child and didn't care for her father. When she was denied to join the supernatural council because of her inexperienced stage she was thrown into a fit of rage. So, she is a very intelligent young woman. She created a new type of vampire, a vampire who feeds on other vampires. We call them a Doiŕ vampire. You see she created fifteen of these willing humans into a vampire feeding monster. Her and her friends helped these monsters go to the Ball and at the right moment unleashed them onto some of the warm bodies of witches, Rahuls, and fairies. But you was a very resilient Doiŕ. You stopped the killing and distracted the other Doiŕ's while everyone got away, including June and her group of killers. You were killed but as you know, you can only die by the hands of another Doiŕ. So I helped out my snapping your neck to gain the trust of the sixteen Doiŕ vampires you killed. But I realized to late that June had a chip in your brain. She must have did something to fry your brain and result in memory loss. I want you to help me kill these people", he said sighing. I do remember something like getting shocked, but that name June was no coincidence.

"What are the names of the other people in her group", I asked. I saw something flash in his eyes and it go away before I could recognize what it was.

"Eric and India. But I have a feeling their group is growing so I want to stop them as fast as I can", he said firmly. So that's is why I remembered those names, you'll remember your tormentors names as well.

"So are you in", he offered out to me.

"Why do you want then dead", I asked. I saw grief flash on his face and he held his head in his hands.

"Because they killed my brother. And I believe it's my fault", he sobbed drylily.

"I'm in", I said. But, would it be wrong to not believe him. That story felt like it was altered some type of way. But I didn't say anything, I'll do as he say till I could make my own descisions. He looked up at my answer.

"Now, let me tell you what to say if you ever meet that sly tongue June", he said eating a forkful of pancakes.

I consumed as much as information as I could from Asyrd. He told me everything I should know. The rules of the council, the history of vampires and the advantages of being a predator. He taught me how to attack someone without hesitation or remorse. As the days progressed I began to feel less and less kind than I did. I didn't see it as a bad thing only that I was changing from the soft vampire who let someone erased his memories. And June was going to die for it. The most precious thing that I would ever have is my memories. I knew nothing of my parents or social life. My friends must have thought me dead, but then again I was forced into a project that I didn't sign up for.

Asyrd showed me where I'll be staying while I lived here. It was the same room and had blood bags in the mini fridge next to my dresser. He explained to me that human blood still made me want to rip into their throat, however vampire blood will attract my attention more. Even before I heard this I was drawn to Asyrd's blood and in return he chided me. Told me to keep it in control and when I finally extract my revenge on the vampires I will indulge in their blood before any others.

"I want you to kill one of June's close friend", he said abruptly one night at supper. I looked up startled.

"Wouldn't they just kill me when they find out", I asked confused. He shook his head,

"No. They will pretend to care for you at first and then after you kill one of them their true colors will show. So kill one before their sweet words get to you. Okay?", he asked, a fire in his eyes.

"Okay",

"I need you to give me your word", he added. I frowned,

"You have my word", I said. He seemed satisfied then continued.

"Good, I want you to kill her friend. India Maui", he stated, "tommorow at twelve o'clock. They'll be coming from a small restaurant that serves breakfast. They go there everyday after feeding from a blood bag. So be alert and sharp, no hesitation. You understand", Asyrd asked sharply. I simply nodded. India Maui, she was the only other girl. For some reason it sent chills through my body. No hesitation,...i hoped I can do it.
