Memories are things to be kept
Memories are scars left on your arms and thighs
Memories can be
Beautiful
Dark
Fun
Boring
Dull
Memories can be a lot of things
Most people want to focus on the positive things right?
That's kinda hard to do when you look at your arms
You see the horrid scars you put on yourself
You remember why you did that
You did that because you felt weak
Because you thought no one understood what you were going through
You needed to do something to stop the pain, but you increased it by doing that
Those scars show a story
You hide them underneath your long sleeve shirts
Don't, if people call you names they're just putting they're anger out on you
The more you hurt yourself the more you hurt your loved ones
Scars show a story
Let the beautiful yet, dull and dark story be told.
