Him:
There's so much pain.
I can't bare it.
I've just dropped Lyric off at home after our date and now I'm on my bedroom floor screaming.
Electricity is coming out of my body.
Athena is trying to get rid of it but it just keeps getting worse and worse.
She called one of her friends Thomas and right now he has his hands over my hands trying to numb the pain.
My veins are a light deep blue and I can see the electricity running through them.
I'm so confused.
I thought I could only control thunder.
"Athena, it keeps getting worse," I say through my grinned teeth.
"I know, Lake. I'm sorry. I can't help." She whispers.
The pain has turned into a burning feeling.
I feel like I'm going to explode.
And then I do.
All electricity in my house and in the neighbourhood goes out.
"What did I do?" I ask.
"You just made yourself more dangerous." Thomas whispers.
"We need to get him to the blonde beauty," Athena says to Thomas.
"He can't move," Thomas says.
"Who's the blonde beauty?" I ask.
"She's just a really powerful person," Athena says.
"I'll go give her a call," Thomas says walking out the room.
Thomas walks back into the room a few minute later. "She will be here soon."
Athena looks at me and frowns.
"What?" I ask.
"Nothing." She says.
The door bell rings.
"That was quick." Thomas mumbles.
I can hear him open the door and I hear voices, but I can't make out what they're saying.
"Lake, I haven't seen you in eight years." A soothing voice says.
I look up from the floor and see a woman with bright blonde hair, blue eyes and red lips.
Wow. She definitely a beauty.
But not as beautiful as Lyric.
"I don't remember you," I say to her.
She giggles. "Well, of course, you don't"
She neals down at looks at me.
Her bright blue eyes are intimidating.
"Sweetie, don't frown. I'm not going to hurt you." She says.
I don't realise that I was.
"Athena and Thomas may you two leave so I can concentrate." She says in a gentle voice.
They both nod and walk out.
"So, what does it feel like?" She asks.
"What?"
"The pain. Sore, scratchy, electric, etc." She says.
"Oh, right. Well, it kinda burns." I say looking at my arms.
She nods and puts her hands on my arms.
"I won't hurt you. Just trust me, Lake." She says when I flinch.
Her hands are freezing, but it feels nice against my burning arms.
She looks directly into my eyes and smiles.
"She's pretty." She says.
I already know she's talking about Lyric.
"Take a pit stop at a town called Jamesburg before going straight to Brooklyn. There's a storm only lasting 2 days in Brooklyn, but you won't want to be caught in it. Make sure you write a note or something to you parents or else they will freak out." She says.
"How... how did you know?" I ask.
"I just do." Is all she says.
Then her grip tightens on my arms and then the electricity comes back on.
The burning feeling is completely gone.
She smiles and asks, "All better?"
"Yeah."
She stands up and when she opens the door I quickly ask her "What's your name?"
"Seraphine." She says smiling and walks out the room.
Athena and Thomas come back into my room and ask if it worked.
I told them that everything is fine and that they shouldn't worry about me.
I then called Lyric and tell, her everything that just happened.
She nearly burst my ear drums.
