Chapter 3

The wolf let out a howl and said "Hello there little cat I am August the leader of darkness. What is your name?" Then the wolf said "Why hello there Shadow!" As she said that the other silhouette became clearer... It was another cat! Ginger looked surprised "M-my n-name is Ginger. I-it is nice to m-meet you!" Ginger stuttered slowly with fear. The cat that stood alongside August looked like she had known August for a long time and it looked like they were practically sisters. Shadow came forwards and looked at Ginger and she laughed as he shied away a little. "Haha! What's wrong Ginger haven't you ever seen another cat before!"she exclaimed and just laughed more. Ginger stood his ground and brought himself forwards so that he was talking to her face to face. "Hi there Shadow! I have seen cats before its just that every time I try to make friends with other cats they always attack me" he turns around and shows Shadow the cuts and holes in his skin along with all of the bald patches that he had on his really skinny body. Shadow and August looked at each other then back at Ginger and gasped. Then August stepped forth and Shadow stepped back a bit. "Would you like to be our friend and helper Ginger?" August said in a calm but stern tone of voice. Ginger looked at her and said.........
